Justin F. was knowledgable, courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with his manner and professionalism. A/C unit is fixed - cold air is back! Our baby can sleep again! Thank you, Dukes.

Christian and his crew were outstanding. Phoned at 6:05 to advise arrival in 20 to 25 minutes. Here at 6:25. All completed at 11:45. Extensive photos of work completed and shared with us. Walked through Tranehome app for new thermostat. Casita area was cool within one hour of installation. Many thanks!

We LOVE Dukes of Air! Recently, Scott and Dustin came out for different services. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel we were in the best of hands.

Fantastic service. Prompt and extremely thorough. Pictures of the issues were taken so we could easily see and talk about what needed repairing, then stored in our file for backup. Service plan was explained and extremely reasonable. Repair time was only two days after initial service. Top notch service, glad we signed up for the service plan because I know we’ll be taken care of.

No one wants their AC going out on 100+ degree days. Justin was out in a couple of hours and had it fixed in no time. He was pleasant, professional and took the time to explain everything and all the options I had without any sales pressure.

$677.60 to replace 3 capacitors despite having the "Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program"...

Pretty disappointed, as the Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program is pre-paid and apparently doesn't cover labor to replace common parts that wear out, like capacitors.

The technician, Kalem that came out, said we had a bad capacitor on the blower motor in the attic and 2 bad capacitors on the 2 compressor units outside as identified as part of the pre-paid inspection plan. All capacitors on the invoice say "replace warranty capacitor"

That means $677.60 was all labor. So, to disconnect the capacitor wires from the terminals, 15-20 minutes of work - $677.60. Seems highly unethical and a predatory practice. If we took $550 for 15 minutes of replacement work, that would equate to $2,200 an hour in labor to replace capacitors.

Additionally, he didn't even wash off the condenser unit coils like most other HVAC companies do.

From Invoice:

CAP-M100-0060
Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 1.00
$242.00

CAP-M100-0060
Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 2.00
$435.60 - Supposedly this is with a 10% discount as well...

6/19/2023 $677.60 - Total for 3 capacitors under warranty.

Ray and Brandon worked on my shower as it wasn't allowing both hot and cold water. Ran into a few issues along the way but worked together and figured it out and stayed as long as needed. They got it fixed, put everything back together and tested. Everything is working great and have hot and cold water now. Excellent job and teamwork

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he get the job done, but he took the time to explain everything to us so that we could make informed decisions. We'd welcome Ryan back anytime!

Marcos is passionate and does amazing; he's considerate.

Arizona is brutal, nothing is going to work sometimes between the heat and cold fluctuations. People will take your money for it! Who do you trust?

I am so happy to find a genuine, local company that harbors hard workers and cares. I saved a lot of money and felt like a friend was fixing my home.

Purchased new heat pump thru Dukes. They provided several options ranging from low end to high end with no pressure to commit to any.

Install appointment was a breeze. The team showed up on time, and was done early in the afternoon. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
