Ray called me a to let me know what time to expect him and that he was on his way. He arrived at my house at the time he said he would be there. Ray went over my system with me for my water heater and told me what the replacement would entail. He also discussed a reverse osmosis unit for my house and the benefits it would provide. Ray was very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I look forward to using them for their service.

We always have a great experience with Dukes. Our technician, Justin, was on time for our maintenance appointment. He was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed photos as well. Highly recommend!

Justin F. was very professional and helpful. He found issues that should were done incorrectly at installation and fixed them even tho they were not directly related to the original problem. As we were conversing about a replacement system, he asked to have a look and gave me ideas and suggestions - even tho the replacement is not planned for another couple years. He was very professional and respectful (careful) even when working around my vintage car collection. A true professional and hope he will be back to do all of my future jobs.

Ace came out over the summer to do routine maintenance and told me that the units were close to needing to be replaced, which we knew was coming soon anyway because they were original to the 18 year old house and a few houses on our street had replaced their HVAC systems in the preceding weeks. He was extremely thorough and professional and represented his company so well that we had Dukes replace our 3 units about a month later. They started at 8AM and were done around 3PM and made sure to clean up the attic and the backyard. When you're spending this much money on a major project you want to make sure your money is being well spent and that's the case with Dukes. Definitely keeping them as our go-to as long as this is the service level we can expect.

My A/C recently went out in my home. I called Arizona’s Dukes of Air around dinner time and Kalem, a technician, came out the very next day to diagnose the problem. He knew what was wrong even before going into the attic. I was given options and a discount by purchasing a maintenance plan to prevent further problems. The part was ordered and as soon as it was coming in, the gals in the office contacted me to schedule the repair the following morning. Everyone I spoke with in the office, including Courtney, Pamela, and another gal (sorry I forgot your name) were very personable and made me feel like I was a high priority because I only have one A/C unit! Kalem repaired my unit and had it up and running in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely respectful of my home and kept things neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company as they put the customer first and provide excellent service! Thank you!

Amazing service on our new a/c install. The entire team was very professional. They put down covers on the floors for protecting our homes surfaces and did an amazing job with the clean up. Install was quick and glad to have an a/c for the soon to come Arizona heat!!
