Ace came to do my semi-annual maintenance check and he was awesome! Not only did he provide excellent service, but he was so personal. He took several minutes to chat with me about options and what to expect in the future. We’ve been using Duke’s for 3 years now and every appointment has exceeded our expectations! Awesome company to work with!

I was previously a loyal customer and had a great experience about a year ago. However, when one of my units was having trouble recently my opinion has dramatically changed. Feeling like I had no option, I went ahead and paid almost $8000 for a repair, because I was told the inverter and control board was bad and cost $5000. Second guessing myself, I contacted another company after the repair was done (unfortunately). I have since found out that the part cost about $400. The difference between $7K and $400 is simply ridiculous. Not sure if it was the tech, or the company, but regardless I just got taken to the cleaners by a crook. AVOID this company!!!

UPDATE: I asked for an invoice showing labor cost and parts cost and they refused. The invoice only has the total. That is a great way to hide your dishonesty I guess. Now all my contact is ignored. What a poor way to run a business. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.

On time and professional. Installed new heat pump ac system including thermostat and grill in about 4 hours.

Ace, the gentleman who came to our home was also very professional, patient with my questions while ensuring everything was working as it should. I have used them several times for AC repairs and maintenance. Our ancient AC went out during a heatwave They came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with no hassle. Very easy to work with.

Dustin came out to do cooling maintenance. He noticed that the condenser was running hot. He recommended an ECM condenser reconditioning package. He quoted a very fair price and worked for 2 hours installing the package. I would recommend Dustin and Arizona Dukes of Air to everyone. They really care!

I've uses this company for many years
and despite many friends saying "they have a guy", I always use them. Our unit went out 4th of July so we were miserable. Called July 5th, someone came out within 6 hours, turned out it was a very simple broken fix which was diagnosed but then the tech went through a full check of our system. This wasn't an add on- it was part of the service. Super reasonable cost to have our AC fixed
