Ray is a excellent plumber with great people skills. He anwered all our questions, gave us a quote before doing the work and made sure we approved of his plumbing repairs. Employees like this are a real plus for a business and hard to find!

We have used AZ Dukes of Air multiple times for AC repair and now this time for heater repair. Super quick to call back and schedule an appt right away. I reached out to them and within 2.5 hours the tech (Tony) had arrived, diagnosed, went to get parts and fixed the issue. Each time we have used them, we have been given many options on how to tackle the problem and how much each option would cost along with pros/cons - I trust that they are not here to get as much money as possible out of me and really care to take budget into account. I imagine we have some equipment change that has to happen in the next couple years and I know who I will call when that time comes.

Randy was very professional and courteous. He took photos and used them to explain the issues and provided recommendations. Great customer service!

Ace was our technician and he called 30 minutes before he was to be here and said has on his. Arrived on time. He was professional and easy to talk with. Discovered we need a new capacitor and showed me the part and explained its function. Took the time to check with the A/C manufacture as to warranty on the part which reduced our bill $100 or so. I'm very please with the service call.

Had an inspection completed today to have some of our AC duct work and return replaced.

Was pleasantly surprised at the cost
Because we have a membership we are receiving a discount (well worth the price of the membership).

Randy is the best! He's polite, honest, professional and thorough, and he loves our dogs! LOL!

Ever since then all technicians that have come over to provide preventative maintenance services through the plan I added have gone above and beyond. Marcos was very thorough performing the a/c maintenance finding various issues with an 18 year old system. This included a Freon leak and leaking motors. After discussing these issue, we concluded we most likely need to replace the system. Marcos did not initially say this and gave me an estimate to repair the system but when asked if replacement would be better, he suggested it would be a better option in the long run. Marcos called and got me an appointment the same day with an estimator to firm up a replacement price. All in all, great service
