All kidding aside, if you want price, quality, and excellent customer service you can't and won't go wrong with Moore Air. Called to discuss the new unit that was installed through this company by the seller of a home we purchased in April. He installed a new heat pump and ducts in an addition. Some of the rooms are so hot even though the temp is set at 75. He said he would come out to check it out but never responded again after that. Ghosted us completely. Apparently when retrofitting a unit like this, the duct work needs to be redone as well to the tune of $4000. Not his issue he said because he was hired only to install the unit and duct work in the addition.

I just want to say that they have the worst customer service ever! Waited 4 days for them to replay when our AC unit broke. After replying they would have their tech come in to take a look at the it the next day. After waiting for 2 hrs. we were told that now they would come anytime around the day. Being the unit under warranty. Bet if i was to pay them thousand of money they wouldnt have us wait!! BAD Customer service

I love that this company is ran by great technicians who really talk to you about the problem and discuss the short term and long term projections. My struggle to find a great A.C. company has ended. I trust Moore Air with all my needs and concerns.

I had an extreme crisis,where various air conditioning corporations gave me poor trouble-shooting and unrealistic prices for a new installed a/c. Moore Air,came in a timely manner,was very professional, and gave me very fair price. Needless to say, I was very pleased with Moore Air and my newly installed air-conditioner unit. Warranty service - basic tune up and check of unit before summer. Tech was very helpful, courteous, and quick with the work. Very pleased and will call on them again if need be.
