I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and expertise. They came when they said they would and did a thorough job. Their pricing is responsible. I definitely will be using them in the future. They are now on my contract list. I also like that they are a small locally owned business.

I've been dealing with janky HVAC contractors for almost 2 years with First American Home Warranty and recently I switched to American Home Shield Warranty. They first tried to assign my service request to a low rated contractor and I immediately called in and asked to have my service request moved to another contractor. They assigned me to this company and the reviews are spot on. I recieved a call within a couple of hours and the tech was at my door 30 min later. Glenn was very respectful and knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it, he went straight to work and took less than an hour to do it. He even called and asked to come back because he forgot to reset a setting on the thermostat. Thank you guys so much! It's been freezing in my house and now it's nice and toasty lol... I hope you all have a prosperous New Year!!

Moore Air has serviced my air conditioning units for the past 9 years. They have always been professional, courteous, quick to deliver service and most of all they offer the most cost effective saving possible to their customers. Moore Air will give you more air for your money!! Give them a try you will happy!

They do NOT even deserve one star! AC unit has been broken since Nov. 2017. And still is not fixed. After dealing with the owner through several phone conversations we decided to move on to plan B and have them put the unit back together and we will find a reliable company to repair. They just left my home but in the process of putting it back to as it was, the technician kept setting off all smoke detectors in the house! He didn't care or even think it was an issue. I now have ALL Windows open just to get the burn smell out. Thanks for nothing Moore. You are a bunch of "Moore-ons".

My technician was Prince he was great.
He called, txt, and walked me through the process. He checked to see how often I was changing my filters. He advised me that what I have been doing is good and just to continue doing the maintenance.

This is a company you want to hire.

We were recommended to Moore Air through our home warranty company. Steve is assisting us at this time for AC repairs.

Call Moore Air if you hate playing games with contractors! We recently installed an Amana a/c and gas heat split system in May and we couldn't be happier. Steve's team was on time, extremely clean, courteous and professional. After they were done, Steve came by and made the final adjustments which included correcting some questionable supply wiring not on the contract and for no extra charge! No surprises, no bait and switch, no fine print! Just good old service with a smile and integrity!

Same complaint as another review. The technician came out and diagnosed my problem and that was the end of it. They don't return my phone calls and told my warranty company that the work order was closed even though they didn't do anything. Maybe they don't get paid as much for warranty service calls, I don't know but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Update- tech came out to fix the problem and said I needed to change my return filters. I did and the A/C is completely broken now. Surprisingly doing nothing didn't fix it. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.
This has been going on since July 4.

The road to get our unit fixed was a little bumpy, but all in all I feel that they did a great job with the repair. We ended up having to replace the air handler, which wad a huge job for them to do in this heat. I would recommend them.
