Our home warranty company assigned Moore Air to our call. Moore Air called to schedule before we even received notification they were assigned!!!! When they came out, the tech diagnosed that the compressor was out and replaced it in under an hour!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!l

It pays to get a second opinion! I was told that my unit was "shot". Given an estimate of 7 grand for a no name unit. Another company over the phone gave me an estimate for a Trane that was 600 hundred less but said let's check to make sure. Well, nothing wrong with the AC but a sticky valve! Cost 50.00 to fix and tech said was an easy fix for Moore Air that I paid 75.00 to come out to check the AC. Shame on you Steve!

Got this company through my warranty home warranty and 2 techs showed up with just a hose to check the freon level of the unit. I was just requesting a service and now my house is not cooling down.
My house is kept at 75 degrees and now after my service it seems it doesn't want to drop 85 and I was told it needed 2 lbs of freon when that was not the issue. I took pictures of how it was left and trust me no service was done. They just want to charge me to fill it up with freon and I'm not sure what happened but now I'm sitting in the heat.
Also the tech offered my wife to come in after hours if we wanted the freon recharged

Prince and his team were absolutely amazing!!! I will be using this company going forward for my AC needs the professionalism and care taken for the job was truly a blessing.

*Thorough and respectful - I have all kinds of stuff blocking my unit. When the guys completed the work and left I went out to move stuff back and they had already placed all my stuff right back where it was.

The fan died on our AC. Moore Air came out and removed the fan. They recognized the urgency of the repair because it was very hot and came back after hours to install the fan. This company is without a doubt one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I recommend them for your repairs.

Experienced leakage through our bedroom ceiling. Mr. Moore came out and was very helpful. He helped rectify a situation that the previous company I used failed at miserably. He broke down every element of the issue. Very satisfied and highly suggest using him if you have any issues.

Finally, I am COOL after several weeks with NO AIR - no fault of Moore Air.

I am CALM because I have a brand new Trane.

And I am COLLECTED because of my reliable new system. They also carried away all of the debris from the old system leaving m premises spotless

Came out, replaced a Start Capacitor and verified A/C compressor now operating. The capacitor sells for about $35 my cost - Tech was there 35 minutes total and was I was charged $200 when I was told there is a $75 service call fee and that applies if I get the repair. What a complete RIP-OFF! Left a message with the company about this asking what exactly is their labor rate - nothing but crickets! IMO do use this company!!!!!

One of our units had stopped working. We selected Moore Air through our warranty company since they had a 4+ star rating. Our technician was Tay. He was great. Had the problem figured out and fixed relatively quick. He went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but to educate us on what went wrong. Will definitely be using this company again if we have issues in the future.
