We have been having issues with our AC that is only 2 years old. After going through two other companies wasting our time and money and our ac completely breaking. I found Autumn air heating & cooling. We were impressed by their service!! Taylor, the tech who came out was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He knew right away, after describing our issue, what the problem was and he literally had our ac up and running with in 30 mins. Very impressed! Highly recommend

Frank the technician came out quickly to my home in 111 degree heat to fix the air conditioning unit that failed overnight. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes and got me up and running.

It has been my experience over the years that many times an air conditioning repair company will use the opportunity of repairing a unit, to immediately recommend replacing the AC . That did not happen in this case even though the unit was approaching the end of its estimated life.

The best company in Avondale, AZ. From the time we called we were treated like a friend of family. It was after hours 9:30 pm and we were without a/c for 2 hours. The technician arrived less than an hour after we called. Frank was exceptional. He was very pleasant and professional . He immediately got to work and explained everything he was doing while determining where the problem was. He went into the attic and took photos of the pipe that needed unclogging and made sure we were clear on the repair and the cost before he started . He took care of it quickly and also replaced a capacitor on the unit outside . He was knowledgeable and confident in his approach and super helpful and quickly took care of all of our needs . I can't imagine what a different company might have charged us but the fee was very affordable and again the service provided was exceptional. Last night we came home to that dreaded moment, where you're hit with a wall of heat...our A/C went out. Too late to make anything happen that night, so first thing this morning we made the call to Autumn Air and within moments an appointment was set, scheduled and made for the same day. In a time where A/C units are going out left and right, extreme temps day after day with no repreive, Autumn Air was still able to get us in for same day service. Before arrival they sent a text letting us know who our technician is going to be and a picture. Upon arrival he was pleasant, kind and took well to my dogs. He went straight to work, we commented on our common interests of Jeeps and before I knew it, my air was back on and running cold. Payment process was easy and sent him on his way with a cold bottle of water. Great service! Thank you :)

Taylor has been supporting our service for the past 2.5 years and has been fantastic! Always professional, on time, and helpful with various questions we may have. The company has been very responsive and supportive since I became a customer many years ago and when I upgraded my unit with them in 2021.
