Autumn Air Heating & Cooling

I’ve been a customer of Autumn Air Heating & Cooling for 8 years now and I’m satisfied with their work. I’ve had their preventive maintenance plan and my 15 yr old unit is still going strong. Technician Frank is amazing! He explains and helps me understand what is going with my AC unit.

Taylor sent notification that he was on the way.. dressed professionaly with company logo on his shirt. Greeted us will a smile and explained what he would be doing today and asked if there was anything we would like checked out.. . Suggested a part to make the AC start up easier on the AC.
Cleaned up his work area.. Taylor is a wonderful asset to Autumn Air.

Kolby was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and informative but not pushy at all. His bid to replace our entire HVAC system was very reasonable and lower than other estimates. Hopefully the install goes well.

Autumn Air had a technician out to my home within 24 hours. The Technician contacted me when he was on the way to my home.. The Technician took time listen to what I had observed with the system and then studied the cycling issue of the air conditioner. Technician ran test diagnostic on system and isolated problem to controller. The controller was connected to internet and updated and now air conditioner is cycling properly. I appreciated the time Technician took to study and correct issue.

AC stopped working 10 months after install. Called and they sent a technician out immediately, he was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Informative and respectful, professional. Thank you!

Never had need for emergency Air Conditioning repair but this weekend I did and I'm sure glad I had Autumn Air on my side. Called in about 1:15pm spoke to Autumn the dispatcher and she listened to me as I described my situation . She got on it ASAP and arranged the emergency service call. In my anxiety I called back to see if we could better pinpoint arrival and that's what she did. She reached out to Taylor the tech on call and was able to narrow things down for me. Taylor reached out to me using servi tech I believe to show he was on the way where he was, and when he would be by me which was within two to three hours..not bad. Accurate on all counts. Taylor was great. Got here accessed the situation and in a matter of minutes found the problem. He pointed it out to me and clearly explained fully what the problem was. He fixed the unit just as fast as he detetmined the problem. Taylor was polite,caring professional. All in all Autumn and Taylor did a great job in taking care of my service needs digging me out of avery difficult situation. Thanks Autmn air, Taylor and Autumn Good job

Inspection and coil cleaning. Mike did an excellent job. Mike answered all of our questions. Mike was professional and friendly. We have been with Autumn air several years and are very pleased with their service.
