I met Steven, the owner of Moore Air, LLC several years ago, when we both were attending networking club meetings, striving to build our businesses. I never had the need for his services until now.

When my AC broke down, my warranty co, AHS assigned the repair to Moore Air LLC. Steven responded to the assignment, and he was able to come by that evening. When we met at the door we made the connection from our previous meetings and we spent a few minutes thinking back to those days.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and made plans to return the next morning with the required replacement part. He arrived on time, with the part, made the exchange and refreshed the Freon and we were back in business with ice cold air again. Just in time for the next 100+ degree day here in Buckeye.

Steven and I did talk about those early networking meetings when we were growing our business and both are thankful for where we are today.

Great service, on time to appointments, courteous, and very clear on what was going to happen and when. Highly recommend Steven and his company, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for a great job and professional service.

I've been wait for 3 week to get my ac compressor fixed. And the ac condecer for the upstairs is is not working right. I called the ac technician and he was supposed to check to see if compressor was in the shop and I have not heard from them. They where provided by my home warranty AHS

Great company! My home warranty company could not find no one in the valley to come out on Saturday to repair my air condition that had been out since Friday. A friend recommended Moore Air, LLC. Moore Air was at my house within 15 minutes and repaired my A/C within 30 minutes. Not only did he repair the A/C, he gave me a class how to keep my unit clean. That's top services, thanks Moore Air for making my Father Day a little cooler.

I definitely would recommend Moore Air they came right out and installed my new ac unit and thermostat on our barn just in time for the summer heat. Very professional group of guys, our barn has never felt this cool!

I have a warranty thru America Home Shield and Moore LLC was the contracted company to come complete the work order. Unfortunately my AC broke on a Saturday night and repairs are hard to come by... first thing Monday morning I was able to schedule an appointment and they were to come out Tuesday from 8-12... Well around 12pm on Monday I got a call from one of their technicians, Prince, that he was able to get me in that day. I said that would be great if he could! Prince was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very polite, followed all the precautionary COVID guidelines, was very explanatory and precise. Prince got my AC back up and running within 30 minutes and explained exactly what was wrong with the unit, as well as told me all the things that looked good with unit. He was thorough with what he did.Home warranty or not... I would highly recommend this company and technician to work on or service your AC!

I have an air conditioner that is 31 years old now. In the last 10 years Moore Air has come out twice to repair this unit. Each time I called them they were very quick to arrive and expediently got my unit back to running normal. Rather than this company trying to up-sell me on a new unit they have kept this one running for 10 years now! We need more “honest” and “genuinely devoted” companies like this one! I rarely write a review on any company that provides a service to me but I felt compelled to take the time to write this review as this company truly deserves it! Job well done! Thank you!

The owner was great and his team was also great. They were very responsive to all my needs and questions. Most of very patient! My new air unit is so quite, my old was making so much noise it would wake me out my sleep. So grateful for my new unit and the company for everything!

After an extreme run around of back & forth with my home warranty company (AHS) Steven proactively called me & stayed in the loop until they finally dispatched them to come out. Steven was so great he allowed a tech to come out a Sunday to help fix my AC unit. Ted took care of me, proactively located a future issue & rectified the issue on the spot. He was courteous & efficient as well as empowering on educating me on some of the dynamics of our AC unit. I implore you to seek out Moore Air for your HVAC needs if you live in Arizona.
