Alex with Odin Energy came for a quote and was very professional. He showed us what our problems were and was not pushy at all. He helped us to make the best decision for our house and situation to help keep our home cool. The installation team was early, efficient and very friendly. Absolutely horrible experience. Poor resource planning, hoped I wouldn’t notice that they left a significant amount of our old insulation after supposedly removing it all, added another day to the project to remove it properly. Had what I thought was an unprofessional staff member who told me I got “sold” and now I think he was probably right. Damaged the house and sent a terrible drywall company out to “fix it”. The drywaller left two cracks unfinished, left sloppy mud work and painting, left paint splatter all over my counters and cooktop and ran out without doing a walkthrough. I don’t recommend them for anything.

Ok let me start off by saying there home efficiency expert Alex Macica was very professional had a great presentation of the product and services his company offers. He explained what services and how his crew where going to complete the job in a very detailed manner. Alex is a great asset to the Odin company. And now for his crew that completed the job also very professional job oriented and detailed down to the clean up. I’m am very happy with company and its employees if you want a great experience and fair price call them today.

In the past, we had looked into solar systems to help us save on energy bills, but we were not convinced as those companies back then did not offer services like Odin Energy does today.
With Cody Allen’s excellent presentation and analysis on our usage, he was able to design a package that not only will give us substantial savings on our energy bills, but services that we needed, e.g., 2 new AC systems, Aerosol duct sealing (which has health benefits), attic insulation, and others. We had so many questions, and normally, we do not give our business without hearing other companies’ presentation. However, Cody was very patient and understanding with us. He really took the time to answer all our questions and come up with a good price for all the services we needed.
We are excited with this investment and cannot wait for these services to be installed so we can start seeing the $$$ savings!

Cody was absolutely amazing. He was right on time, which is majorly important with my hectic schedule, he explained things in a way that anyone could understand and went out of his way to offer any services that he thought would benefit my household. He was professional but welcoming, and communicated with all the household members like he had known us forever. He didn't waste time getting into the attic, which is in my daughter's bedroom and she was a bit anxious about having someone in there, but he made sure to take the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answered all the questions I had and then some. He even texted after he left to thank me again for allowing him into my home.
Cody is certainly the perfect person to be the "face" of any company and should be recognized as a valuable asset.

I am happy with the way everything happened and would like everyone to be able to experience the professionalism and quality of this service that I was given by Odin Energy. Josh and Sam were excellent to deal with when going over the solar plan. They were professional and respectful of my new home; and also explained everything in detail Which was great. The install for solar was great as well. I am happy with my new solar and insulation that was provided with my purchase. I would reccomend this company to anyone interested in making the decision to go green.

Update: I have had my solar for a few months now, I can still say I'm happy with my solar. With the tail end of winter savings had allowed me to not have an APS bill going into the summer. Josh has remained in contact with me and I can honestly say he cares about his customers!

Worked with Alex. He was very professional and knowledgeable in what we currently have installed in the home compared to what’s currently available. It was nice to have everything laid out and be educated. The price wasn’t bad at all for the amount of work and amount of insulation needed. Super great rep to work with and awesome company!

Josh Easter, our sales representative was knowledgeable, informative and very pleasant to converse with. We decided to have added insulation to our attic and the duct aeroseal procedure to our home. Scheduling was very timely and these services were completed on August 6, 2021. Chris and Isac added the insulation to our attic and Chris kept us informed along the way including before and after pictures of the installation depths. David completed the aeroseal procedure which was very interesting. David was very informative and gave us before, during and after updates along with computer results of our homes reading before and after the procedure. Very impressive that we had an equivalent to a 14.6" hole that the cool air was escaping to a .6" hole after the process. We have a Nest thermostat so can easily track hourly/daily comparisons. We generally keep the AC set at 80°. Prior to the completion of these procedures our AC was running 10-12 hours daily with certain times running for an hour at a time. We were even lowering the thermostat temperature during the day as it felt warm. Now our AC runs 7-9 hours a day with very few times reaching 30 minutes at a time. The thermostat temperature has not been lowered since the procedures were completed. We are very happy we chose this energy improvement project for our home. Thank you Odin Energy. Your Representative Cody was a delight to work with. First off He was prompt arriving for our appointment, his communication with us about our appointment was perfect, sending us a reminder txt with updates and arrival time. . As he arrived he was prepared to get right to it with his ladder in hand and a smile on his face, but stopped and explained to us how the company works and what they were about...
Cody went on to thoroughly explain in layman's terms the whys and what's of their services and how we would and could benefit from their services.
