Stumbled upon A Quality HVAC by accident and was glad I did. From the moment I called for a service appointment to completion of that appointment, 5 Star service all the way. Jared, the service tech explained every step of the repair process and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He showed genuine care to get everything right. I highly recommend this company. I signed up for the yearly maintenance program, a true bargain.

Had a new heat pump unit installted today by Jesus, Stephen and Steve. Previous visit by John for repairs and new unit estimates. All were very efficient and professional. High price reflecting inflation. Will hope it lasts for 10 years + without any more government mandated refrigerant changes.

Jared was very professional. He is easy to talk to and ask questions of. He was very thorough and explains everything well. The entire process from phone call to the office to the completion of job is awesome. We have used them now for a year and have not been disappointed.

Manny was very professional and honest. He was super thorough in explaining everything to me. He provided his recommendations for repairs, but was not pushy at all. Great tech, great service will be requesting him next time.

Aidan was very nice and polite. Showed him what needed to be done and went right to work videotaped to show me any difficulties or problems that I was going to be having and may need service on later. That was very good. I like the video, it will really help me and explaining to my husband what he did, I will recommend your company to anyone that I know. Thank you for a great job.

John and the A Quality HVAC team was amazing!

Our AC unit stopped cooling this morning and we had John in our home, diagnosing and fixing the issue just hours after we noticed.

John was extremely friendly and professional and walked my wife and I step by step through his visit.

We learned that our very old and outdated units needed to be replaced. We weren’t happy about that, but having the professional service and care provided by John and his team helped us swallow that pill a lot easier.

I had a problem with my AC in that when I turned the AC thermostat on, it was just blowing air. I called A Quality HVAC and made an appointment to find the reason why my AC was not blowing cold air. I like Manny when he comes out to service. My AC, he’s very friendly, professional, and lets me know step-by-step what he is doing, and what he’s found. And this particular case, somehow, all of my Freon had leaked out. Manny explain to me what needed to be done, finished the job and got my AC running again. I enjoy dealing with.A Quality HVAC because I feel they go the extra mile to make the customer happy and I appreciate that. Thank you.

They installed a new 2-unit system for me and were extremely professional and checked in with me throughout the install with updates on their progress and asking if I had any questions. The whole team was really friendly and I really appreciate how smooth everything went. Truly a top notch group!
