Enrique checked everything out and did a very good job of explaining things. I was very happy with his work.

Aiden is a knowledgeable and personable technician. There scheduling person is also, professional and accommodates the customers schedule.

From the first phone call with the person setting up the appointment to the actual visit with the service tech, the entire experience was a good one. The AQuality team was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We appreciated the video our tech took while performing his maintenance check. Explanations were thorough and easy to understand.

Chase explained everything so well and was very friendly. I will be referring him to friends and family. Hope to see him in the summer!

Jared showed up at our rental place and was able to get the heater running without any problems. Instead of leaving right away he checked connections and continued his inspection to ensure after he left the system would continue to work. Instead of leaving because things seemed like a non-issue like he could have done, he spent time checking things out and this provided peace of mind. That’s service! And much appreciated.

Chase thoroughly inspected as well as performed maintenance on the system. Was impressed on his attention to detail and thoroughness. Very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy on sales. Extremely pleased with his work ethic and friendly communication.

Unfortunately we had a mini split fail shortly after purchasing our home in July. We chose A Quality based on a recommendation from our home inspector. They were able to get us scheduled in a reasonable manner and showed up on time. The system did a great job of supplying appointment reminders and sending us a notice when the technician (Chase) was on his way with name and picture. We also received a phone call with Chase.

Chase was great to work with! It's hard to find many people that truly value customer service. Chase had great energy, was genuinely happy to be working and demonstrated a passion for his job. He took the time to properly diagnose the unit and part of the repair included a video that showed why our unit failed. This is a simple but great value add as it makes it easy for anyone to understand the diagnosis.

The repair was completed a few days days later by another technician who did a good job but failed to properly replace the a/c line insulation. It was a minor detail but A Quality sent Chase back out and he handled it professionally and made it right.

I was working with a home warranty on this repair which was rather challenging. Chase took the time during the diagnosis and the return trip to modify the invoice according to our home warranty company's needs.

Overall this was a great interaction. In previous business exchanges with HVAC and plumbing companies they attempt to sell you warranty programs or repairs/upgrades that you don't need or ask for. I appreciate A Quality not attempting to push a product or service.
