Jared was very friendly, articulate, and professional. The issue wasn't fixed but it was because of a system design issue and not related to his ability or expertise. I am satisfied with his description of the issue and impressed with the video he took and I understood the reasoning given for the temperature issue I I am dealing with. I would certainly recommend him for any future AC issues. :)

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My air conditioner quit July 27. They came within 2 hours and got it working. Turned out the compressor was going bad and recommended replacing the whole unit due to age. All 3 gentlemen in the installation crew were courteous, respectful and reassuring. They worked quickly and addressed every question I had with patience. The office staff was also very responsive and reassuring. So glad I went with A Quality HVAC. I highly recommend them.

This company is top notch, truly A+ Quality in both customer service and technical skill. I called after closing time to set up an appointment to fix our furnace after another local company did not respond to follow up calls about when our faulty control board would be replaced. I spoke to someone who assured me of a phone call first thing the next morning. But instead, A Quality HVAC rep called me that same evening, first issuing an apology for not having a tech available immediately but scheduled a visit for the next day…so I had a tech in my house less than 24 hours after I called…who got my furnace working, even if it may be temporary. Manny was very professional and attentive to the issues we were experiencing with our unit. Highly recommend…I wish I called them in the first place! They treat you like family.
