Holden was our contact person. He explained everything to us. How everything would be done. He worked his magic and got us a great deal. The next steps were easy. They called to set up apt. They crew came in and did everything in about 6 hours. They cleaned up very well. I do feel a difference in our home, and it not as dusty as it used to be. Praying in the summer it will keep the cool in.

Had a great experience with Odin Energy. Very professional and caring! I would recommend them if you are having any attic or insulation issues.

I usually do not write any reviews but I had enough with this company!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! We bought our house and we have not even unpacked yet that they knocked on our door to sell. They were so persistent and misinformed us that we will get 11k back in taxes and as long as we pay it to loan, our monthly payments won't go up. well, that is not true, we did not get 11k in taxes and our monthly payment went up obviously!!! I let it be and didn't complain until I got a high APS bill!!!! I called APS and they said my solar has not been working for the past two months. I reached out to Odin, and they said they will have someone reach out (which they have not), and they are NOT going to compensate anything for those two months according to their contract!!! If it was not for APS and me calling, they wouldn't have noticed and I had to double pay on solar and then electricity for God knows how long which I already did for two months!!!! My solar is not working as I type this!!!!! I would never go with this company if I were you!!! stay away from them. I'm sure there are many more solar companies in Arizona that you can find that are fair and honest, but not Odin according to my experience!

Odin energy guys were on time. Great customer service, very informative about what was being done. Added insulation. Great job guys. I would recommend for any energy services.

Had Odin Energy Aeroseal my ducts, remove and reinstall new insulation and install an air scrubber. All of the team during both days of the process were very professional. They did excellent cleanup when they left the premises. Jeremy and his team communicated very well. There was some damage to one of my can lights in the ceiling that they will have to come back to repair, will follow up after that is completed. While the process might be a little pricey, I look at it as an investment towards the value of my home rather than a large purchase.

Everything started well with Odin. They were responsive and kept us updated throughout the installation process. After having the panels on our roof for a few months and noticing no difference in our APS bill, they came out and had to restart the system as it was not functioning and we started seeing a difference in our bill. About six months ago, there was a bad storm that took out power lines in our neighborhood. Our neighbor with Odin had to have them come out and restart their system as it wasn’t working. For the past six months, we have been calling and texting as our system is not functioning correctly. Our December APS bill is over $200 and we don’t even use the heater (per Odin, we should not have a bill and be building credit for summer). They finally got back to us and said the cloud coverage lately is causing less Solar to be received. That’s just not true. Our system is not working and they refuse to come out and check it or fix it. Terrible customer service once the panels are up. Highly suggest looking for a different vendor.

I have nothing but positive things to say. The gentleman Owen and Daniel are the most professional and manageable people I’ve ever dealt with. These techs are the A-Team by far. They were short bags of insulation. That aspect was not Odin’s fault. Their supervisor Jeremy immediately brought out the correct amount from the opposite side of town. They’re cordial and nice. If you are having any services done that they perform use them by any means possible.

Insulation and Duct sealing was done on my house. Mitch was prompt, quote was reasonable. Crew did the job in a timely fashion. Very happy and already seeing savings on SRP monthly bills have already been reduced.

Odin energy was awesome ! The salesmen Alex That came to my house was very professional respectful and polite and explained all the details of the job to me. The install crew was Mitch and Owen and these guys were awesome as well . They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They took the time to explain every question I had they cleaned up after themselves it was a pleasure to have them work in my home. I expect these guys will be in management at some point soon both have high level leadership qualities.
Everybody I worked with from this company has been absolutely wonderful highly recommend Odin energy. They really go above and beyond

OMG - Absolutely STELLAR crew and performance!

I can't say enough about the service, thoroughness, workmanship and professionalism experienced EVERY step of the way, from my initial meeting with Alex (knowledgeable sales rep), the insulation crew (David, DeAndre, Issach & detail oriented lead man Matt) through the final two guys (Cole and Anthony) that showed up to inspect the job after the crew had wrapped up and gone.
Not only did they inspect every single area that had been insulated, but also did a little bit more clean up where the other guys apparently missed that I didn't even notice!

It is clear that management has high standards for not only quality of products used, but for their Crewmen, high standards of training, support & (these days) unprecedented levels of Professionalism!!!

From the very first meeting with Alex through final reviews and inspections with Matt, Col & Anthony, there was a relaxed, yet refined energy of total trust ability & mutual respect & understanding that simply made the entire project and experience with Odin an actual Pleasure!
How often does anyone feel that with a contractor or service provider anymore??

If you are reading my review & considering hiring ODIN... STOP considering and GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE!

I rarely post reviews except in cases of EXTRAORDINARY STELLAR PERFORMANCE, or extraordinary disappointment from a company, and as a professional myself, have very high standards & expectations.

TRUST ME & MY REVIEW and I'm certain that like me, you'll want to sing their praises from the rooftops!😁
One last note to the owners and management:. Keep doing what you're doing with your crews and by all means, Give ALEX, DAVID, DEANDRE, ISSACH, MATT, COLE AND ANTHONY a little something extra in their paychecks. It has been very much earned & deserved by each of them!!👍🎉🏡🤯✨🥳🍻
