Recently move to AZ from IL and Winters in IL always made me wish I insulated our IL house more when we bought it. Not making the same mistake in AZ. Called Odin Energy and they sent a sales rep Trevor to our house. Trevor was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Trevor explained the entire process and reasons for removing of old insulation, covering of all leaks, etc. prior to applying new Insulation. Showed pictures of the attic and thermal pictures. We are planning for this to be our forever home so getting things done early. Next step planning install date

My overall experience with Odin Energy has been great! My panels were installed with care, and I received updates along the way. What I liked most is that not only do you purchase solar panels, they also take the extra steps to make your home as energy efficient as possible. The crews that came out to do the work were always very courteous and friendly, and they performed high quality work. My rep Erik L. was awesome and kept in contact with me throughout the process. The QA manager Josh D. was also great to work with! I would highly recommend Odin Energy if you're looking into solar.

They came and gave me wrong information, wouldn’t share their reports, and tried to sell me something not needed. Claimed my insulation was low despite just adding insulation a year ago. If you move insulation to create a low spot you can definitely take a picture and claim it’s low but it’s wrong and dishonest. To double check in had my hvac company come out and look and there was no leaking ducts and insulation was well above standard despite Odin claiming the opposites of both.

They were on time explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of my dogs and family members. I am an asthmatic and they took extra care to make sure nothing bothered me.

Cody was great, he helped take a look at all the hot spots in our older home and worked to help us get something in place to improve our air quality and energy efficiency. Very personable and helpful!
