American Cooling and Heating installed my 2 Trane heat pumps in February. The communication was clear and the cost of equipment less than 2 other companies ( one for less reliable equipment). Scott answered all my questions and delivered the info without a sales pitch. Dave and Todd worked really hard installing the equipment and did a fantastic job. They kept their agreements, arrived early and stayed late to get the job done and quickly responded to a request I had afterwards. They did everything they said they would. American Cooling and Heating 's goal is to do things well and make sure the customer is satisfied, which I was!

INTEGRITY! After a misunderstanding, Scot the owner personally came to my house on a Friday Night to assess our a/c situation. Professional, polite, kind and courteous, Scot and his team took care of our a/c emergency first thing Saturday morning. Not many companies these days will admit to a mistake and then make it right. Scot and American Cooling and Heating made it more than right. Marco, the tech was excellent and the only evidence in my home that they were even here was it was cool again and I had a new thermostat on the wall. Had several follow up calls to make sure everything was done correctly to my satisfaction. Hat tip to Scot and his team thanks so much!

One of our air conditioning units needed a fan and motor replaced. They were here in less than 24 hours and completed all repairs less than 3 hours. That evening we noticed that the unit was louder than before it needed repair. They came right back out and fixed it - much quieter now!

Came home from vacation at 6:00pm to found my 84 years old Mother and dogs in a 98 degree house.
Called American cooling and heating, within 15 minutes they were at my house.
In less then an hour they change the fan motor and had us back and running again.
I will not use another company from now on. They are fantastic!

I own several apartment buildings in Arizona and I have used American Cooling & Heating. They responded quickly, solved the problem and were very professional. The tenants were happy with their work. I want to recommend them to anyone who is looking for good service.

Joe was great! He was on time, called before to let us know he was on his way. He had our sweltering home cool again in no time. He explained all of the options to us!

I called American Cooling and Heating to come and fix my AC on one of the hottest days of the year, it was 115 outside. I picked them because I thought I was saving money. Two guys show up in an unmarked white truck with no uniforms. They were able to get my AC going again and charged me $510.00 ($150 for service and $360.00 for "parts") to replace a condenser fan motor. The next day I found out that the receipt didn't have any specific part numbers, it just said "parts" for the parts they charge me for. I called them back to get a clarification and I was routed to one of the guys that showed up at my house the day before. He was rude and upset that I was questioning the price. After realizing I wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy I asked to talk to his manager and he said, "I am the manager", I later came to find out he was! After a couple of minutes of arguing he hung up on me. I wasn't able to get any resolution to my question. Needless to say, their follow up service is horrible. Even worse my AC went out again only a month later but this time I called George Brazil and they got it right.

My AC went out in the night with 100 degree temperatures. American cooling and heating had someone out the next morning and was able to fix it right away! They gave me a 2 hour window, called me when they were on their way and showed up exactly when they said they would! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC help.

Found American Cooling and Heating after being recommended by ABC15 and initially contacted them for a second opinion on so-called work that was performed elsewhere that didn't solve the issue I was having. David came out right away to test my system. He explained and showed me everything that he was doing and quickly diagnosed the real problem with my unit. Within hours all of my problems were solved and they stand behind their work and follow-up and make sure that everything is okay. A+. 5 Star. Thank You Scot and David at American Cooling and Heating.
