NOT very happy with the service and diagnost of my ac unit,it was fine !! they told me i need a new one for 3800 bucks,but I find out the batteries were out on the thermostat .....SERIOUSLY !!!THAT WAS THURSDAY NIGHT .....WELL TODAY JUNE 20 2015 MY TENANT CALL ME TO TELL ME SOME ONE IS CLIMBING ON THE ROOF OF MY PROPERTY GUESS WHAT IT WAS THIS GUY FROM AMERICAN COOLING TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY AC.. HE HAD NO CONSENT TO DO THAT!! ..THATS NOT COOL ! CALL THE OFFICE TOLD THIS GUY WHATS GOING ON HE TOLD ME HE SEND THE GUY WHO GOT IN TROUBLE FOR THIS REVIEW TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY AC UNIT ,BOSS TOLD HIM TO CALL ME FIRST ..HE NEVER DID..NOT COOL .. TOLD THEM TO STAY AWAY FROM MY PROPERTY ,I WILL CALL THE COPS !! IF I HEAR ONE MORE THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY AMERICAN COOLING AND HEATING I WILL CALL MY LAWYER !!
