This AC company is the BEST!! The value is exceptional. I got two bids on having my AC replaced and American Cooling and Heating was
exactly one half the amount and it the AC was exactly the same brand and type as the other bid Plus these people are so nice, always on time
and exceptionally neat. I am so pleased with their work and I would
recommend them to Anyone!

Scott gave me options for 2 different manufacturer units. I selected the more affordable options and within 48 hours of signing the contract I got 2 new AC units (same maker) on my house. Very happy with American Cooling and Heating.

After having another company miss diagnosis and over charge, I saw their add and called Scott. Scott was patient and explained the the different heat pumps. Very honest and dependable company. Did everything they said the would and never charged other than estimate. Love this company, gives you hope for humanity.

AC unit started blowing hot air at 4pm on one of the hottest days in Gilbert. I immediately called American Cooling and Heating. They answered and to my delight, said they would send somebody out within the hour! I expected at least a day of sweat and misery. Steve came promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. Price was absolutely reasonable and the repair was super fast. I highly recommend this company and applaud them for hiring workers like Steve who is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Scot provided excellent customer service, explained every detail and added value available. The installers Tod and John gave periodicate updates and we had very little time without the A/C, making our comfort a priority. Highly recommend American Cooling and Heating to all our friends.

Got a great deal on an AC Trane unit. Needed to get it installed last year when the summer hit. I've had a couple of questions and concerns pop up. When I contacted American cooling and heating they either answered the call right away or they were prompt to get back to me and answer all my questions. I did not like the thermostat that I originally purchased with the unit so I decided to change it out to a newer one. I did it myself with the help of some troubleshooting over the phone from AC & H. They came by to take a look at the unit and make sure everything was operating correctly. I have been impressed with American Heating and Cooling.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the recommendations, bid and installation of the Heat Pump we purchased from American Cooling and Heating. When I first called American I was given facts about the answers I asked and facts about the heat pump we purchased. The price was the lowest installed I could find for the same tonnage and seer ratings. The installer had everything ready at the appointment , the crane showed up and the heat pump was installed. Roof sealed. Ask for Scot, he will not give you the run around.

I called Scott on Thursday morning early and his guys were installing a new 5ton Trane AC unit and air handler by 10:00 AM. the guys did an absolute professional job. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by this company. I would recommend them and will to all my family and friends.

I cannot say enough positive things about Scott and his crew. I had a problem with my a/c, and within 90 minutes of calling Scott, Technician Steve (from Leeds, UK) came out, and fixed my problem. The customer service was excellent!

I had another problem on 07/29/18, late in the evening. Al came at 10:00 am the next morning morning, and fixed my problem. Excellent service!

On 07/29/18, I had additional issues, and Steve (from Leeds, UK) responded to the call with courtesy, and efficiency. On 08/15, Steve, and another Tech arrived at 6:30 am to uninstall the a/c system. Excellent Customer Service! Keep up the good work!
