A/C went out over the weekend. George from Air Control showed up early to set appointment on Monday morning. The fix was quick and reasonably priced. Professional. Prompt. Courteous. Reasonable. He's our guy!

George always answers the phone himself when I call. I have used George before and have referred him to friends. George showed up on time, was clean and very professional looking. This time we decided that a replacement was the way to go. The finished product was as agreed on. Done on time and on budget. Overall great experience. I was able to conveniently set an appointment. They were on time and provided a heads up before arrival which was nice. I had a few questions on ways to keep my house cool and was provided great feedback and well as a full explanation on what was going on with my unit and pictures of the repair work.
