This company is a class act! I’m in the real estate business and have worked with countless contractors, and I can tell you George and his company have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They installed a new HVAC system at one of my rentals and I had some subsequent unrelated issues. Long story short, they aren’t the type to complete a job, get paid, and you never hear from them again. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Don’t second-guess yourself on this company. You won’t regret it!

I previously had a larger AC company come out to service my unit. They told me I needed a new unit and scheduled an appointment with a sales person immediately. I spoke to George on the phone, who knew just from a phone call, that my issue was an air flow problem, not a unit problem. He came out the following week, looked everything over, installed a new return to help with air flow issue, and said I should be good to go for a while. He said I did not need a new unit. George saved me over $10k! His honesty and commitment to customer service made me switch companies. So grateful for his time and expertise. Highly recommend.

If you want to hire a quality HVAC Company, Air Control is your team. George (the owner) was able to get my old unit running with spare parts so that I can have AC for my family that day! He spent 6 straight hours until he was able to get the old unit temporary running. Once my new unit was in town, George spent a Saturday tearing down all of the duct work on the roof, moved the old unit and removed a large portion of foam room down to the plywood. Why you might ask, he wanted our new support system to be mounted directly to the structure. He also wanted to ensure that I had a clean surface for the roofing company and make sure the job was a 100% completed correctly. I was amazed at the service that I received and frankly speaking, no other company would have provided that. I know, I have used many over the years and never received the attention that I got from Air Control.

I signed up for the maintenance program for my AC and furnace, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out how affordable it is. I feel completely confident knowing I will have competent service people to depend on if I need them, and it is a relief to know they will come out twice a year to check on everything and make sure things are working properly.
Ben is pleasant and competent. It's a pleasure to see him when he comes out for my seasonal system check.

George was very professional identifying the problem that my HVAC had and fixed the problem quickly, which avoided replacing the whole system and kept my house cool in super hot days. He was very confident on the knowledge, skills and experience. The priority service program he provides also makes sense to me. I would recommend him to anyone who I know for HVAC repair and maintenance.

I just had my second 6 month maintenance call with Ben and his team at Air Control.
On our last visit 6 months ago, They went above and beyond making sure I was getting
the coolest air coming through my vents. His trouble shooting skills are instinctive. He had my A/C running at its best. And, as of today, it’s still running the coolest air.

SYSTEM REPAIR OF OLD UNIT AND INSTALLATION OF NEW ONE. EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Ben was terrific to work with. My system needed a 2 cycle thermostat and he took the time to pick up the correct one and complete the installation. I will certainly use their services in the future.

Words can't get across how great this company is. You really have to experience the customer service and quality of work to understand how great they are.

In an emergency situation, their responsiveness beats everyone else. Not only getting back to you but also getting someone there to do the work.

They also do my monthly and quarterly checks which have always been done quickly and on time.

I have never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need and I 100% trust their knowledge and experience!

And to top that off, today they took something permanently off my to do list 😂 Gotta love their efficiency!!
