We are continually impressed with the quality service and polite, hard working crew at Platinum Air. We have been part of their preventive maintenance program since 2017 to extend the life of our aging unit. The program offers many benefits as well as peace of mind that Platinum Air is there to take care you.

We recently returned from a trip and realized a pack rat left us without AC. We decided it was time for an upgrade. The Platinum Air team went into action from helping choose the best unit to sweeping the last bit of dust after the install.

We appreciate the respectful nature of the entire crew at Platinum Air... their calls to see how it's going... calling to say when they will arrive and really DO arrive when they say they will... and setting us up to be nice and cool.

I'm absolutely THRILLED with the routine maintenance service Armando and Andrew provided. My unit was working well but simply hadn't been serviced in awhile, so I wanted someone to check the refrigerant levels, test the electrical connections, and perform the kinds of technical maintenance that I couldn't handle on my own. After calling SIX other local companies, all who either wanted TWICE as much $$ as Platinum did (or who weren't even offering routine maintenance right now) I was lucky enough to reach Al at Platinum AC. He quoted me an almost unbelievably low price to send Armando out and I happily agreed.

Armando arrived right on time with his trainee Andrew and they got right to work. I could tell immediately that Armando was a knowledgeable and conscientious technician by the detailed and careful direction he provided Andrew throughout each step of their inspection. Informative, friendly, and easy to talk to, both of them inspected my system methodically.

Everything checked out perfectly, other than the fan capacitor which they replaced and now has a FIVE-YEAR warranty on it thanks to the quality replacement parts that Platinum insists on using. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, put me on a maintenance contract, or even sell me a single OUNCE of refrigerant that I didn't need, and I sincerely appreciate and respect that kind of honesty and integrity from the companies I hire to do work for me. Air conditioning went out on a Saturday morning, they were able to come the same day! Although the part needed had to wait until Monday they called first thing in the morning to let me know the status of getting the part and then the person doing the repair called when he was 30 minutes away - he arrived by 11.30 and was done replacing a motor by 12:30. The repair person (Manny) was so nice and kept us informed throughout the job. I will definitely use this business again and recommend on Next Door for all my neighbors!!

I just had a 2 ton American Standard heating & air conditioning unit installed at my condo. I researched Platinum Air on line for their reviews & BBB accreditation. This company is very highly recommended. I talked with the owner Al, the office manager Jay & 2 service techs. Everyone was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. Best of all after installation they were fantastic in their clean up. The techs were very Covid-19 conscientious. I was highly satisfied & they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Platinum Air & use them for all my future needs. Thanks to everyone. You are the best!!!

After reading reviews about the quality of service, I chose Platinum and am very glad I did. Armando was fantastic - great communication, explained what was going on and possible issues, and gave options about how best to fix it. I trusted him and his approach and we spent far less than I might have with others. Thank you to Platinum and Armando - I hope not to need you again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely give you a call.

They answered my call on the weekend, very knowledgeable and made me feel like a priority not just another caller. Manny Lagarda my service technician was professional, experienced and provided tips on how to keep my AC running efficiently. I called looking for a second opinion based on what another local company had told us after performing an inspection. I was able to speak directly with the owner (Albert), who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a couple of tips to try until his technician could be out. The very next day, Armando was able to come to our home to have a look for himself. He gave me a courtesy call announcing that he was 35 minutes away, and arrived in exactly that amount of time, and was right on time with what our initial scheduled appointment was. He listened to our description of the issue, we discussed a few things, and he set to work investigating, and diagnosing. Within an hour he had reached a conclusion and we were off to the races. He was neat and courteous of our home, professional yet personable. I will DEFINITELY be having Platinum and hopefully Armando back for routine inspection this fall!

I am so very impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of this company!! I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies as an emergency when I came home from out of town and my system was down, all to no avail. It was 100 degrees in my house!! I didn't know what to do. I contacted Platinum Air and they took my request immediately. While they did not have the parts available, they did get back to my house the following morning and fixed the issues. The air is back up and running perfectly!!! They are now my go to HVAC company! Thank you.
