Excellent service and care. There is no better team to help you with any AC related issues. We had a different company that left us not feeling confident and were not able to give us any resolution. We are so relieved to have Platinum Air by our side. Beto and Armando are exceptional and they instantly diagnosed our AC problem and got it running nice and cool again. So thankful to have a service that is reliable and goes above and beyond to help you.

I had another popular local Catalina AC contractor come to do my annual AC service and he found the AC condenser fan motor bearings were going bad causing the fan to vibrate. One thing you don't want in June in Arizona is a bad AC fan motor going out. I asked for an estimate. When I told him I was going to get a second estimate he started yelling and cursing at me over the phone. He was going to use a cheap generic Chinese motor that was not the right speed or size as the original so I dropped him immediately. Then I called Platinum Air since the manager Al is a deacon at our church. He was polite and responsive on the phone and the price was not too bad so I had them do the work. Their price included actual factory parts specifically for my Carrier unit not cheap generic like the other contractor. Andrew came out with a new motor and replaced the bad one in about a half hour. He was just a really nice very professional and personable young technician. He informed me the other contractor put in the wrong size start capacitor previously for the bad motor as well. Bottom line they are not the cheapest but they are honest and trustworthy and just nice people to work with. There are a lot of crooked AC contractors in AZ. that will do shoddy work at premium prices. It was refreshing to get one that I felt I could trust and I have been an electrician for over 40 years. I called another company to look at my condos air conditioner (it was blowing hot air). The repair man came out and said it needed new parts and the repair would be anywhere from $3,000-$5,000 depending on the warranty purchased. I said I would get a second opinion and they charged me $189 for coming out. I then called Platinum Air and had them look at the A/C unit. They said it was a small part that was not working and charged me $99 for the part (with installation) and $89 for the service call. They saved me over $3,000 and the unit is working perfectly.

For my main home and they came out right away and said the unit just froze up and they got it working again for the small service fee price. This company is very honest and service oriented and I would recommend them to anyone needed any heater or a/c services.

I am beyond elated with the wonderful job and professionalism that Andrew and the other workers displayed. They were prompt neat and Empathetic to my situation. The knowledge and experience they possess is greatly appreciated ; I am ever so grateful for them and I think Platinum Air for sending their absolute best to do such a phenomenal job. Had to have AC motor replaced on a holiday and it was repaired quickly and works better than before!

Ended up finding Platinum when my AC (heat pump) went out and the first several places I called weren't interested in getting someone out to look for a week plus. Platinum sent someone out ASAP and my AC was back online with a minor part replacement.

This year, they replaced my whole (20+ year-old) system three days after I called about it failing. (The cost of older refrigerants is no joke and makes repairs requiring fresh refrigerant unappealing, especially for an aging unit.)

I'm very happy with how responsive and timely Platinum Air is. I expect to continue to rely on their services. Quality responsive service is critical in Arizona summers.

During the summer the LAST thing you want to worry about it your AC… and of course mine broke over a holiday weekend. After waiting until Tuesday to call someone, afraid of extra prices, I called Platinum Air bc of a referral from a friend. They were able to be out to my home in almost a hour AND they fixed my AC that day! No more miserable kids or me! Thank you Al and the team for getting to me quickly and doing such a fantastic job… will definitely call them again if I need help!
