I highly recommend Platinum Air Heating and Cooling! They are always prompt in any emergency call, their customers service is helpful and attentive. We needed a new AC system recently and they were able to set up all appointments and installation with removal of all the old equipment within a week! Their staff is friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the service and products provided by them.

About 10 am Monday morning, I realized the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I called the office and the gentleman spent the morning find what was needed. By 2:45 pm they were out working on my air conditioning. Thanks to Platinum Air I had a cool nights sleep.

Platinum Air is truly the best! When we first moved here, we found out that other companies are not always honest. Platinum Air staff & owners are very honest & we have used them atleast 5 years. We highly recommend them. They call ahead of planned visit & are pleasant & very courteous. Prices seem very fair also.

Very professional. Inspected my AC, went over options to do preventive maintenance, scheduled it and got it done. Did not try to sell me an AC despite my AC being 15 years old. This is probably cliche but Platinum provides service you can trust. I highly recommend them!

Had some air ducts damaged from javalinas who got underneath the trailer. I needed about 20 feet worth replaced. Had them come out just to give me an estimate and honestly just didn't want to do the work myself. They emailed me back and were asking almost $2,000 to complete it. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS price. Luckily, in the estimate, they sent me exactly what I needed to get the job done. 150 dollars later, I got the items I needed to fix it myself. Took me an hour to complete. $2000??! I understand it's a business, and we all want to make money, and it wasn't a pleasant job, but to charge that much is absurd. I'll stay away from this company in the future. If you're in Catalina, go with Desert Moon instead.

Our AC went out and the crew came out first thing in the morning. They communicate with you and give you detailed descriptions of what is happening and why your AC is having issues. I got all my questions answered. The entire team is awesome, they are all very knowledgeable and experienced. Amazing service from Armando, to the two gentleman who installed our AC. Very professional and excellent work! I am a Platinum customer for life now.

Our AC went out without warning. The team was out the next morning to diagnose. They communicated every step of the way and even went the extra mile to track down the part so that the repairs could be made sooner than originally expected.

This is a very professional company with great customer service. They responded within a timely manner and resolved my systems issues in very reasonable timing. The area I live in makes it hard to find a company that will make it out here but Platinum Air gave me zero issues! I prefer them over any other company near by.
