These guys are great. They figured out a mysterious problem with my AC and really seemed to care about getting it working right. Pleasant, professional, on time. Can't recommend highly enough.

My AC unit broke down while I was out of town and had a dog sitter staying at my home. They were able to come out the next day and even showed up early! They were fine with meeting the dog sitter at the house and communicating with me over the phone. Armando quickly figured out the issue and installed the replacement part. Will definitely call them first if I have future issues.

The techs were able to diagnose the issue with our zone system and checked the entire unit too. Our AC is now working for all zones. I would definitely recommend them.

FASTEST REPAIR & AT HALF THE PRICE THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED

Our AC went out right as we topped 100 degrees (on the weekend, of course). We got an initial diagnostic and quote from another company we'd used/liked before.

Problem was, it was going to be 5 days before they could get the part they needed. And because it would come in on Friday, they'd do the work Monday or charge time-and-a-half to do it on Saturday.

I reached out to some other companies hoping for something better and explaining by phone what the first company had diagnosed. I thought surely someone have the part already.

Platinum didn't have the part in stock, but found a way to have it here in two days vs. five. Their quote was also about the same as our initial estimate. So for the same price, I could get the work done in 3 days vs. 7

GREAT! But wait, it gets better.

When they came out to do the repair, they checked the system just to make sure the other company had diagnosed the problem correctly. Turns out they had. But there was also a much simpler repair.

Platinum said they could replace the part (as the other company had planned to do) at the price they'd provided by phone. But they also said that wasn't really necessary -- they could do a simple weld to stop the leaking refrigerant, and it would be half the cost.

I asked all the questions to make sure it would last, that it wasn't being pennywise and pound-foolish, etc. We ended up going with the weld. It's been 2 weeks and everything is great.

Bottom line: I got the repair I needed a week faster and at half the price.

There probably aren't a lot of companies that are going to tell you there's a cheaper repair than what you were already expecting to pay -- especially when they'd already special-ordered a part and had it delivered overnight.

Platinum Air has been a wonderful company to work with. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable in their business. They installed a new HVAC system for us and we couldn't be happier. Our energy bills have decreased and the comfort inside our home has been wonderful. This is an excellent company to work with.

Great experience all the way around. Armando was professional and timely. He called prior to arriving and he also called after he left to remind me to close the garage door. Service was quality. Is interesting when you're in need of these services, companies in the industry know this and they want to take advantage of it, it is rare and almost questionable to find a company who actually cares enough and also understand the situation you're in and is actually willing to help.

Platinum Air & Heating provided GREAT Service from A to Z, technicians carry themselves with such a high level of professionalism from the minute you open your door. On-time, and very aware of the current situation ; therefore, they wear masks and all the proper PPE.

Our situation was fixable in one visit and the technician was very transperent from the minute he was able to access our AC unit. They asked questions in order to make an educated assessment, these folks need to know some basic information about your unit in order to properly assess the situation.
Unlike other companies who simply ask question after question to build a case for selling you services or find something else they can build you for, which happen to us a few years back with that other company who spends tons of money on radio advertising in an effort to get you to buy-in to their lies and fake claims of honesty. Which ended up costing us over $1k for something I am now questioning if there was ever any real work done.

NOT Platinum, these techs are AMAZING, they get to work immediately and communicate any findings in order to keep you in the loop as to what's happening.

Pricing is very reasonable and focuses on the work or service being performed at your house, there's no shady sales pitch, these guys are paid a salary regardless of the type of work they do; therefore, they do not focus on selling additional services and or repairs you do not need. Again, honest, professional technicians and quality work.

They showed up in 3 hrs which I was tickled with.Armondo knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it promptly.He also answered many of my questions I had about A/C system.Highly recommend this company.

We called Platinum Air Heating and Cooling with a desperate need to fix our A/C. Our A/C was not working on a Friday and I called the previous company because it was still under warranty, in which they never responded to my calls. So then I called this company and they sent out a technician in a hurry and agreed to fix my A/C the following day. The technician was very attentive and made sure to get the job done since it was 108° outside. I am very thankful and I highly recommend this company for any A/C and Heating needs.
