Platinum Air saved the day!!!! Our AC unit recently went out and the following morning I contacted Platinum Air. Al promptly sent two techs to assess the situation, during which they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I want to personally thank both Armando and Brandon for their awesome customer service and overall professionalism. I highly recommend Platinum Air!!! Thank you!!!!!

You promised me an 8:00 a.m. arrival time for our 6 month service/maintenance call. Manny arrived minutes before 8 a.m. and I appreciate his timeliness. Within minutes he was headed up onto our roof to check out our unit. Manny cleaned our unit, lowered the temperature to insure cooling was working and raised the temperature to make sure our unit stopped. He then checked to make sure we were changing our filter regularly and reminded me I could purchase filters through your business. Manny gave us the good news our unit was running perfectly. Our A/C went out midsummer 2018. My family & I were beyond miserable. We had gotten quotes from a few various A/C companies but they wasn't anyone available within the week. A family friend reccomended Platinum and we contacted them ASAP. They were able to come out within a couple days, offered us several different A/C options with reasonable payment plans. Within less than a week, we had a new A/C installed & cooling. They've stayed on top of regular maintenance and are just overall friendly & down to earth guys. Will absolutely reccomend Platinum A/C to everyone!

These guys are absolutely awesome and honest, not to mention diligent. They don't nickel and dime, but do all inclusive quoting with no surprises. They know their business extremely well and don't "guess" or "assume" anything.

It was a rainy 100 degree plus evening. My A/C went out. At 5:30 pm Armando from Platinum Air Heating and Cooling came out to my house.
He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and we called it into my Home Warranty company ( America's Preferred Home Warranty) who approved the repair on the spot.
It was a very pleasant experience!

I've had Platinum Air service multiple items in my home and I'm completely satisfied. They recently replaced my water heater including lines and it was done promptly and professionally. Also they made sure to keep the job site spotless afterwards. I have them come out annually to service my AC unit and they have allot of knowledge and share that with customers. I find this very important so you know what could or is happenning to your unit and can use this knowledge with other estimates if you're looking around and prevent further damage. Although I trust them so I've had them do the repair asap or in the near future. MOST IMPORTANT is that they've been up front and honest with services needed. This is hard to find with allot of HVAC companies. I compare them to my own personal mechanic I use because I trust them and there opinion. Here's an example. I referred them to a colleague of mine from work to look at there elderly mothers AC unit during the summer. While other companies recommended she should replace the complete unit, Platinum Air got her AC up and running for about $200 she told me. Wow! Luckily she avoided a HUGE expense because I referred them to her and they were a trustworthy company.

Armando and the Platinum team did a great job installing a new AC/Heating system. The setup was difficult due to very small areas to work. It required additional work to remove drywall, etc. Everything was put back nicely. Thanks!!!

My AC unit went out yesterday. I called my home warranty and they set me up with a poorly rated contractor. I called the warranty place back asking for a better contractor and they said no (I cancelled the warranty immediately- what a waste of money). To keep the story short, I called Platinum hoping they could schedule me in for the next day, but Beto and his crew got me taken care of within 2 hours. It took them 10 minutes to diagnose what was wrong, replaced the part and got it up and running again. Bottom line...if you want knowledgeable, professional, caring, and expedited service - do yourself a favor and give them a call. Al will get you scheduled up and Beto will get you taken care of.
