I called for an A/C inspection. They stated they were busy But they were able to get me in in two days. Manny the employee called to let me know when he would arrive. It was a little late but understandable due to everyone wanting/needing service. Manny was personable and professional. He told me what I needed. No pressure. Due to interaction and professionalism, I purchased service plan.
