Heater went out at my house called them first thing in the morning and was notified that they will be at my house in a couple of hours. Showed up diagnosed my problem fixed within 2 hours no problem. They were very professional. Great pricing. Will use again.

What started as price shopping at Lowe's, turned into a great experience with our new plumbing and heating service provider! From start to finish Flowstar is one of the best repair companies I have worked with in the Anchorage area in over thirty years! They handled our warranty paperwork, explained and discussed every detail, were on time, charged what they quoted with no surprises, were professional and did not leave a mess. As an occupational safety trainer I do not recommend or endorse equipment or services unless I personally use and trust them. Flow Star has my trust and I recommend them to anyone looking for help with their plumbing and heating needs. My thanks to the entire Fliw Star team!

I don't know where to start because I am beyond GRATEFUL for the whole staff at Flow Star Plumbing Heating. Warn you it might be a bit emotional for me. I will try to make this short. My water heater went out same day my ol man passed, felt like it could not be a worse time to go out. It was after hours so I called Steve the next day who was extremely professional, told him my situation and advised me to contact the Owner Mr. Kurdel. Talking to Mr. Kurdel and immediately felt like family and NOT a business transaction. With the holidays right around the corner he wanted to make sure i had hot water for Christmas. Steve dispatched Tini and installed it the next day!!! Tini on time, super quick, and very knowledgeable at his job. I could go on and on and on. Kurdel takes care of the community, and I just can't express my LOVE for this company. He selected me as one of the people to give back too. Trying to make this short but just wanted to say again that Flow Star Plumbing and Heating LLC is Family.

Kurdel and his team at FlowStar are always on time, courteous, do great work and really take the time to talk with you about what the issue is, how they are going to fix it and the pricing is really reasonable! The first time we used Flow Star, we were impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise of this company and especially our service provider, Jared. The second time we called, we had an emergency: no heat on Sunday morning. Someone came out, said he thought we needed to clear the snow from the roof vent, then told us he didn't do that. We were charged $375.00 for an opinion of what the problem might be, and left in the cold. I will NOT use this company again.

The company responded the same day. Matini showed up and took care my boiler repair the same day and provided great service. Great customer service skills! I used them through a home warranty service and they responded quickly to take care of my emergency. I will definitely call on them again in the future. Thanks Flow Star!

A couple of things:
1. They call you back when you leave a message!
2. They show up when they say they will (and call before)!
3. Work is done well and for a reasonable price.
4. They have some interesting tools for copper work... I wish I could justify the price to buy one!

It's unfortunate I have to bring up points #1 and #2 but it's Alaska...

Amazing and prompt service! Our heat went out over the weekend, and after calling multiple other services, they were the first shop able to send someone out on Sunday to get it fixed. Sean was great about explaining the issue to us and about describing preventative maintenance for the future! Highly recommend and will be calling again if he have a heating issue. Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Kurdel and his company. I’ve sent 4 or 5 of my clients to kurdel now for HVAC as well as general contracting services and his customer service and quality of work has been AMAZING. Extremely profession, high work ethics and moral, and I trust him 1000% with my clients as well as my own properties.
