They have great knowledgeable technicians however, I purchased two brand new units from them almost a year ago and the condensor has already gone out on one them. I called them on Saturday to get the unit serviced. The technician determine that the problem was the condenser and was informed that they're unable to fix issue until the new part arrives sometime next week. Until then I'm stuck without air.

I asked about a portable air unit or window unit to get through until it can be resolved. After speaking with a manager, I was informed that there is absolutely nothing they can do on their very end. Most companies at least have a portable unit they can loan you until the service is completed (I checked with Dixie and they have some along with a couple of other companies). Even though it's currently almost 87 degrees and climbing inside (93 degrees outside).

The worst company in the Montgomery area. They attempted to charge me $949.00 to install a fan motor for my outside unit. I called Chad's Heating and Air and they replaced it for $400.00 cheaper, with a 2 year warranty. Please do not use this corrupt company. Just imagine how many people (especially the elderly) have scammed to make a profit. Don't waste your time calling these people, because they are nothing but crooks.

I talked with the service desk lady on the phone, and she advised me that they charge a "flat rate" regardless of the issue you have.

Hans heating and air did a great job and gave me a great deal. Technicians were efficient and very professional. My power bill has been reduced approximately $40 per month. I would definitely use them again in the future!!

SCAM ALERT! The technician concluded that my blower motor was bad in my furnace. I agreed with him. He said that no one had ever registered my unit for warranty when they installed it. So nothing was covered under warranty.

To install the new blower motor was going to be $1900 or they would gladly finance a new furnace unit for me to the tune of $3400. Of course — with a great warranty!!

***Only the faulty motor WAS under warranty and I had it replaced for free by another company that doesn’t purposefully screw their customers!***

BEWARE their word can’t be trusted!

I've used Han's for several years. They replaced my evaporator and condenser, furnace, and fan. The one warranty call I've had in the past was responded to immediately. Same day service and no cost warranty service. Today I had a tune-up/maintenance check on my HVAC. Daniel inspected the system and found and replaced a weak capacitor. All part of the normal tune-up cost. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesistation.

We called Hans when we needed service in 2007 and were very happy with them. Over the years since, they’ve regularly done tuneups on our systems and replaced some when they failed. The employees we’ve dealt with were always friendly and courteous and very professional!

These guys were awesome. At first we thought we would have to invest a lot in a repair. Our service man called his supervisor for a second opinion and we were repaired for just $69.00. As an established customer, they were at our house within a half hour of my call. Very professional!!!

They arrived late, the technician looked at the indoor and outdoor unit in thirty minutes then asked for payment. The outdoor coils was not cleaned as the said they would when I scheduled the service. There was NO preventive maintenance done except the filter replacement that I do myself. If you are expecting a receipt of any kind at the time you hand over the payment, it's all "electronic" now you will have to wait for it in the mail or they will email you one. (He had no paper receipt in his truck) When I call the office to inform them of the service (the lady didn't bother to identify her position there) she already knew the technician was late and offered excuses because of the rain. Does anyone have a job that you have to be on time regardless if it's raining? She defended the lack of preventive maintenance stating it will do more harm than good to the unit. Poor customer service. Keep your money in your pocket because this service is not worth what they charges. This was the first time I didn't follow a technician around to insure the work is done. My advice when dealing with Hans Heating & Air Conditioning, get the work to be preformed in writing before they start and follow them the entire time the are there to insure they do the work. Since everything is electron, tell them to bill you.

First Rate Company. Every service tech from Hans that has visited my home has been knowledgeable and courteous and they really care about the service they provide. Over the past 20 years in the Montgomery area I've used many different Heating and Air companies, but none have compared to Hans. I now use them exclusively as I know I can count on a quick response and quality workmanship.

The last service I had from them I called at about 4:00 PM and fully expected a service call for the next day. They said they would have someone out shortly (It only took 30-45 minutes) and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes after his arrival. The Tech didn't stop there, he did all the necessary checks to ensure that there were no other issues with the unit.

I would highly recommend them.

I have used Hans for many years. When I built my first home 2 years after moving in the A.C. stopped working. I called Hans and they came out and found a problem the initial I installation team shoiuld have taken care of. They fixed it and kept it up for another 12 years. Their technicians are always professional and kind. I won't use anyone else.
