I’m more than pleased. From phone call to request service, until the tech left was approximately 50 minutes. Amazing! Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. I can heartily recommend them.

We have used Hans Heating & Air for a number of years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we were new to the area. They have always been honest, professional and reliable. When our AC died 8 years ago, they were honest and said that our inside unit was only 3 years old and didn't have to be replaced. So they just replaced the needed section and saved us thousands. We have them do preventative maintenance twice a year. Have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Sonny was our tech & he was awesome! Both Becky's in the office were very pleasant, patient, & helpful to me over the phone. Once the job was done, our tech checked back on us multiple times throughout the day to assure that everything was working properly & if we were satisfied. I'm glad I chose Han's!

They replaced my heating unit and coil for my AC. Did it quickly and with little interruption. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My parents had them install a brand new unit in one area of their home. They also had them replace a coil in another unit. They have been out three times at least to service the new unit in the last 18 months to 2 years. The new coil also went out and it's less than 2 years old. Although the coil is still under warranty, it is a tremendous burden for 81 year olds. My mother said she would never ever use them again. The service people are very polite and have never given us a problem in that area. However , it seems they use substandard equipment in their installations and repairs. Once they ordered a part or one of the units and it took months for it to arrive. As a matter of fact we had to call and inquire and at our inquiry, she realized that it had come in and they hadn't even contacted us. So I cannot recommend them at this time.

I have Americas Preferred home warranty and they let me pick my contractor, that's where the good ends for them. Hans team went above and beyond to work with the most uncooperative home warranty company on the face of the Earth. They also provided great and super fast work (once I gave up on the warranty company). Their tech Brandon was very knowledgeable and down to earth even at 9pm. I will definitely be using them again in the future for both my home and my business.

We used Hans to fix some previous issues with our A/C unit so when it started having issues again, they were the company that I called. Becky #1 went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot the issue before sending someone out to my house. My husband was at work and I was not sure what to do. She walked me through the steps and I'm so thankful for her helpfulness and friendliness! We asked for a tech to come out and Jay came to our home. He was professional and friendly too! After he left, we had one additional question and called after business hours. We asked the answering service if Jay could call us back and he did within 5 minutes. We ended replacing our unit. It was replaced by Chris and Zach. These guys were super friendly and knowledgable. We will never use another A/C company besides Hans. Thanks Hans! You're the best around!

Took the offer the tune-up and it was a very pleasant experience. Very professional to setup and the tech arrived on time. Matt answered all my questions and helped me figure out why my power bill was increasing so much more than previous summertimes. Highly recommend Han's. Thanks.

After experiences with three different HVAC companies this summer, I have decided that I will always call Hans first from now on. I had an obvious problem with my AC system, and two other companies came out and charged me, only to do nothing and say they couldn't find the problem. I called Hans for a third opinion and the guys located the problem and then fixed it for a very reasonable price. An animal had chewed a hole into a duct line. I mentioned this situation to a friend and she also told me that she had had great experiences with Hans in the past. They seem to operate by the old standard - give great customer service to build customer loyalty. The other guys at the other businesses operate on the newer model - charge as much as possible for each visit no matter what happens.
