Hans Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently had a new HCAC unit installed. Have had numerous issues, several have yet to be resolved. Communication from this company is horrible! Office staff is rude and the owner will not return calls. I will say the technicians are very apologetic and respectful. Lesson learned but it has been an expensive one to say the least. Fournier

Came out on a Sunday evening and he was very quick, friendly, and fair pricing.

Gas leak in the HVAC closet. A rep was onsite within an hour and his repair crew was onsite and the problem fixed less than 2 hours after the phone call.

We Scheduled them twice because they did not show up on time nor did they call & say they were going to be late . I work and don’t sit at home all day so a courtesy call would have been appreciated , never using again !

Tried to sale me a 5k ac unit said mine was bad. Got 2nd opinion was fixed for much less. Watch them

Technicians Cash, Hunter and James were VERY helpful and informative and willing to ensure a clear understanding was provided. Ms. Becky was very helpful with setting the appointment and answering my questions.

I have been doing business with these people through many name changes and applications since 1977. Since I'm still doing business with these people should tell you all you need to know. A good business relationship is hard to come by these days ! Take pride in having one !

Hans Heating and Air have been courteous and responsive each time I have needed them to service my unit. They have been punctual and if the were running late I was notified.
