Carr's Heating & Air Conditioning

My mom purchase a heat pump with owner, Cornelius Carr. She called him last Tuesday, May 8th 2018 and stated he will sent someone out the following day to check on it. His employees came out the following day, Wednesday, May 9th to inspect and possibly repair. Cornelius told my mother he will order the part which was under warranty and install immediately. My mother has called him every single day about this part due to the weather. Today, May 15th 2018 Mr. Carr has not returned her called. She is in Montgomery where it has been 90 degree weather daily suffering, because you went against your word as a business owner and a human.

On behalf of my mother and myself, I do NOT recommend anyone to deal with an unprofessional and unethical company as Carr Heating and Air.

Everyone has always been friendly and courteous!!! Treated with great respect!!! Answered all of my questions and did not roll his eyes once, I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy Was very professional and great! Thank you Air Now for having great people.
