Edwards Plumbing and Heating

Brad came out to fix a leak I had in my bathroom tub, had to redo all the pipes and drain. Did a great job and the price was reasonable. They were even nice enough to wave my service fee because it took them a few days to get to me due to Fourth of July holiday backlog. Was worth the wait.

Most professional out there. Arrival on time. Could not have asked for better service. Hats of to Micheal and Steve.

We had been told that our concerns would involve ripping out large sections of pipes which would have cost $10,000 or more. Edwards found the true cause of our problems and charged less than $500
for the repairs. Call Edwards we will be calling with future jobs when needed!

Edwards is my go to. Always responsive, quick, professional and the team members I’ve worked with have been great!

They are quick to charge you $85 for an estimate, but take forever to get back to you. It’s been over a week since they’ve came to my house to see what I wanted done, but STILL haven’t followed up with an estimate.

Edit: Mr. Edwards followed up with me today and told me that he will only refund me my payment for a quote ($89) if I removed this review.

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! They did our initial inspection before we purchased our house 3 years ago and gave us a fair and honest assessment of the systems in the house. Last year they did a complete replace of the inside and outside parts of the heating and cooling system in the heat of August. The price for that service was extremely competitive and everything was done well, including running a new electrical circuit and running new refrigerant lines. Today a pair of gentlemen came out to replace our hot water heater and like usual the service was performed quickly and well.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or heating/cooling service. Every interaction with everyone, on the phone and in person, has been pleasant and they have been able to get a service team out quickly each time. I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Edwards is always very responsive. Very friendly and professional. They always diagnose the issues well and make all needed corrections and repairs in a timely fashion. We have used their service for years and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend Edwards.

They came the day I called. They were there when they said they would be. Figured out the problem in minutes. Had the air back on in under 10 minutes. The older man who did the work was very nice. However, ever time they have come out it has been older men doing the job. When they quit who will be doing repairs?
