Allen from Edwards Plumbing did an excellent job coming out to quickly repair a plumbing issue on the Saturday after Thanksgiving while I was visiting my mom and family for Thanksgiving in Montgomery AL. Fast Five Star World class service and support at a very reasonable price on a holiday weekend. Friendly professional and expert repair.

I have no hot water. I contacted Edwards via their “24 hour line” the day after Thanksgiving, provided all info, and asked them to mark the request “urgent.” It is now Tuesday and I haven’t received so much as a text. Fool me once...

I have always used EDWARDS H/A in Montgomery, Al. Customer Service is their game and always willing to be available no matter what time of the year. From the time I call the office to the Techs arrived, there is always less than 24 hours. Lisa, the office staff, or one of them, make you feel so welcome and always call me by name which makes me feel like she remembers me or probably just caller ID, but what ever the personal touch EDWARDS gives you. The same holds true for the Techs, mine is Winton, and I would put him above anyone in Customer Service and Knowledge in the HVAC systems. Bottom line, the COMPANY is built on CUSTOMER SERVICE and to me that is most important in all areas
