Edwards Plumbing and Heating

I have used Edwards heating and air-conditioning for over 30 years for both my home and two offices. They have always done an excellent job, have used quality materials, and have been very professional.

This was an evening repair. Called answering service gave info-repairman called within 5-10 min. Told how long before he could be here. Arrived and I showed him the problem. He took a picture to explain issue-got his equipment and fixed the problem. He was very professional and thorough. Thank you Mr DS Goodman!

Have used them over the years with incredible satisfaction. Fair prices, fast and friendly. The serviceman Chris has been to our house more than once and has been great. Highly recommend.

I came home from work and my house was 90 inside. Steve from Edwards was at my house in less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend Edwards.

Great work. Edwards installed Ecobee Lite smart thermostat in less than an hour. Turns out I could have down myself. However...worth the cost though cuz work by ‘certified’ HVAC techs. Ecobee Lite works ‘perfect’.

The techs that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. It didn’t take any time for them to figure out the issue and get it resolved. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend to others. They call themselves the “A Team” and I will say I agree. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. 😍

"I don't have time for a job like that" was what I was told during the middle of me explaining my issue. Now granted, my plumbing issue was not an easy fix but complicated. I was just cut off when I was explaining my issue in a way that did not seem customer friendly. It was told to me that the company was busy with commercial jobs and they couldn't spare the man power. Again, understandable to a point, however that interaction may me feel that they did not care about residential issues. Furthermore, I did not feel valued because there was no attempt made to provide me with future dates of service or a referral to another company.

We had a water heater malfunction and flood part of the house and Edwards Plumbing responded quickly in replacing the water heater. They worked with us and the insurance company following the incident. They were very responsive and helpful!
