RESTAURANT OWNERS BEWARE!
We had a deli cooler go out, motor was still running but was not cooling. They sent a very young guy, fresh out of tech school to come work on it. I was pleased, it’s always refreshing to see young people taking up trades and was eager to speak with him about the issues and what the solutions may be.
Turns out something had frozen up and we needed to turn the unit off and let everything melt. No big deal. The tech left and came back. Long story short, problem solved in less then 10min, after the tech came back 2hrs later.
They wound up billing me almost $500 and tried to say the Tech was there for all those hours. I explained that he left while the system thawed (during our lunch rush) and came back a few hours later and was met with hostility, rudeness and a bunch of promises of sending out “a different/more qualified tech next time”
There won’t be a next time.
They can slap a cross or bible verse on their van/logo but don’t be fooled. This company isn’t about service, gaining new customers or even keeping current ones.
I’ve spoken to other restaurant owners in town who’ve had similar issues with this company.
There are plenty of other honest, customer driven companies to choose from in this town.

Called at 8 pm. Mack extremely helpful, had heat but had weird noises and it would not cut off. They were there the next day and fixed the problems we were having. Saved my furnace! The workers were very polite and told my husband exactly what was wrong every step of the way. Extremely polite and efficient. Will use them from now on.

The water fountain leaked out of control.
The repairman came and concluded that replacement will cost less than the repair.
Total took only a couple of minutes to assess but we are charged $170 for the labor (closing the water valve) and service fee.

This business is a joke with no communication. Twice an appointment was scheduled and twice they never showed. I will call a professional next time.

This company standard services is $105 plus $75 services charge ( for what kind of other services ?) therefore think clearly before you call they for job.

Bad customer service, I call in for services for my restaurant coolers multiple times because no one show up for the appointment in the roll and I'm so worried about the food so I call back to check to see what happens to my appointment and the lady this not give me clue what happens but she harassing me....
