Nick did a quick diagnosis on my unit. Within 10 minutes he had it figured out and the unit was back running normal. Nick was professional even after having a rough day and showing up after 6 pm on a Friday. He never once wavered from giving great customer service and professionalism.

W C Wright installed my unit 2 years ago and it wasn't working when we turned it on this Spring. I emailed them and quickly received a response that a service person would be here the next day. He arrived on time and quickly found that, due to a power failure, the unit needed to be reset. Instead of just doing the work, he showed my husband what happened and how to reset it, in case it happened again. That shows great care and quality workmanship, in my book! Definitely a topnotch company and I highly recommend them!

My AC system was due for service and had started making a noise that sounded terrible, so I just knew it was going to be an expensive repair. My technician, Scott, let us know when he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was very courteous and professional. After checking everything, he was very thorough in explaining what he found and let me know that was a simple clogged drain causing the issue. He did a great job of giving me info about the AC unit and helped set up a maintenance schedule so we don't have any problems in the future. Surprisingly, he explained the unit I have doesn't need maintenence as often as I thought it would and the cost of the service call was less than I expected, so that was pleasant surprise. It was a great experience and I look forward to letting W.C. Wright & Son handle all of my HVAC maintenence in the future!
