Scott came on time and did a Great job replacing my refrigerant lines to my AC unit. This is my first time to use WC Wright and Sons. I am a customer for life and will always request Scott. He is The Best!!

Outstanding service every time! W.C. Wright installed the unit recently and did great job. We had a follow up call to resolve a small issue with the thermostat and that was handled perfectly. Every person I have interacted with there has been professional and very polite. The technicians that visited our home were experienced, knowledgeable and again very professional. Lastly, they have been on time every time! Greatly appreciated!

We had water leaking from our A/C unit in the basement. Our pump was clogged. Rudy quickly found the problem was in the pipes to the pump and was spilling into the overflow tray. He cleaned the pipes and checked to make sure the pump was working correctly. He was professional, courteous and prompt. It was a pleasure working with him & WC Wright. We will definitely use WC Wright again when needed.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional when performing service on our A/C system. He checked all parts of the system and explained why he could not the correct Freon level because it had just rained and masked the possible need for additional coolant. He told us the measured pressures were within normal range but if we had any problems to call and he would come back to check the Freon again on a sunny day.

Thanks to WC Wright for helping me with my hot water heater. There had been a recall on a part and they let me know about that and how to get the part overnighted from Rheem. Philip did a great job changing out the part Fast and friendly.
