Excellent service. We have used W.C. Wright for all service & repair of our HVAC system for over 30 years. They are always reliable & their technicians are always reliable.

Phillip was very prompt and professional. 3 stars mainly because there billing/invoice system gives a random price based on the job and your not just given an hourly/service call rate up front. Example I was charged $600 for a 1.5 hour repair to a water line and on a previous service call I was charged over $400 total for a wax ring replacement on a toilet and a new supply line(which was billed at $119) and only took an hour to complete. Once again service is 2 thumbs up but pricing not so much I always leave feeling a little gouged!

Scott came out today and replaced an old air duct fan and performed our winter maintenance. He is respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and took care of every need while answering my questions. He wanted me to understand what he was doing and how it worked. I highly recommend W.C. Wright!! We have used them for years, and they always have the most professional technicians that take good care of us!!

I have used WC Wright for years for HVAC service and now also use them for plumbing. The reason I stick with them is they always look for the least expensive option to solve the problem rather than trying to up sell. I had the exact opposite experience when using other large service companies in Bham.

Drew was pleasant and courteous. He did an excellent job changing out our thermostat and preventative maintenance on our HVAC.

I was having trouble with my hot water heater and they came out told me the issues and told me my options. I decide it was best to go with a new heater and they installed it the next day. Easy to work with and great communication and fair pricing.

Dylan was on time (actually a little early). He was very pleasant, explained what he would do to make the repair, and made the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. The price seemed fair for what was done.
