We could not be more pleased with Chad and JC's Heating and Cooling. We received a quote from a competitor for a furnace and later got a quote from Chad at JC's. They were over one thousand dollars cheaper and offered a better system. We have also used them for service. They are completely trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend!

I started using JC's when we bought our house in 1999, and now I use them for my rental property as well. JC's is a small, family owned company with employees who have been with them ever since I started using them. Chris, Chad and Wes are responsive, honest, reliable...and really likable! I have a service contract with them, which means for a very reasonable price, they come out in the Fall and the Spring, change the filters, and make sure everything is running properly. And every time we've had an outage, they've been right there for us. I trust them to tell me when something can be fixed, or when something needs to be replaced. I recommend them highly.

Long story short. Spire shut down my furnace on a Friday evening because it was emitting high levels of Carbon Monoxide. I texted JC's Heating and Cooling, expecting I would hear back from them on Monday, but Chad responded almost immediately and come over Saturday morning. He took the time to explain what was happening and walked me through the process of getting a new furnace installed.
I can not imagine what I would have done if I had not been a client of JC's for the past 7 years. They have serviced my HVAC system since we moved here, so they know the condition of the unit.
They had a new unit installed by Wednesday. They showed up on time and were done by noon.
I'm so grateful to have such a fine group of gentlemen to rely on, when I needed help, quick. I trust them, and know they would not sell me something I don't need. Thank you guys so much!
