Conditioned Air solutions is a great company. All of their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They do great work. I can say you definitely get what you pay for working with them. Our last technician was Josh Boshaw. He was great! He wAs happy to answer all of my husband’s questions and fix what we needed repaired.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! We were very happy using A1 Heating and Air, but when it changed hands to this company, we were offered a "maintenance visit". Typically, maintenance on an A/C system consists of cleaning the coils and blower. However, $99 later and all I got was a house that smells like chemicals from whatever was sprayed in my unit, and a freezing cold house from where the tech turned the air down 5 degrees upon their arrival! We were shown photos of our dirty coils and blower, told our "capacitor is going bad", and told we had gaps in our air ducts. Not to mention we were quoted $219 to have the coils and the blower cleaned. $219 EACH.
Basically, we paid $99 for so-called maintenance that did not happen!
The technician also did not show up during our 8-9AM time slot, rather at 11:30AM!! Absolute waste of time and a ripoff. I will never recommend this company. Such a shame.

We have been using Conditioned Air Solutions for 3 years. They have always been prompt and professional. We just had to replace our full downstairs unit. Everyone that we talked to went above and beyond to meet our schedule and needs. Thank you to Tyler, Marshall, Victoria, Austin , Fred and Luke for doing a wonderful job!! 5 stars all the way!

First time using Conditioned Air Solutions and wanted to get my system checked. Andrey came out and he was professional, easy to talk to, informative and honest. I really appreciated that he didn't pressure me and try to sell me anything I didn't need. On top of all of that he was respectful of my home and wore shoe covers when he came inside. Overall I recommend conditioned air solutions and will be using them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Josh B. came to service our aging HVAC unit. He was courteous and professional, encouraging us to watch him troubleshoot, taking photos to document the problems, and carefully explaining what he found. He quickly identified the parts needing replacement and provided a detailed repair estimate on the spot. Josh was able to walk us through our repair options with no pressure. Ultimately, we are comfortable with our decision to replace and look forward to this level of service from Conditioned Air Solutions in the years ahead.

Tylar, was phenomenal. His customer service, patience answering all of my questions, his transparency, and overall positive attitude was truly beyond what one would expect. He did not try to sell me on extras or try to push me in a certain direction. He explained all of the issues and potential issues and gave me the possible solutions to each. My hope is that he will be the technician that returns in the future. Thank for easing the pain of having to spend money!

Mr Sylvester from Conditioned Air was very professional. He explained all the issues and concerns we had with our HVAC systems. And even notified us of an item not working that would be replaced under warranty. Very satisfied customer.
