I needed weekend service on my ac and they had someone here within two hours. The woman I spoke with in the office and Josh, the technician, were very pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently and had my unit working in no time. I'll be using Conditioned Air Solutions for all my ac needs

My service provider Josh Boshaw was the ultimate professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all questions about why the service was needed and the benefits. Excellent service all around!!!

Conditioned Air replaced my HVAC, thermostat, and ductwork about 6 months ago. I chose the Diaken model and smart thermostat, and it was expensive, but they have the ability to install less expensive options and they explained all options. This Diaken system will only work with the Diaken smart thermostat, which was a little disappointing because I liked my Nest thermostat i had better than this one but it's ok - it's just my preference. I could feel an immediate difference and it's been wonderful. My electric bill was about $50 or more lower per month. My ductwork had to be replaced because it was undersized. They did a wonderful job on the installation. Since that time, they have been out to do regular maintenance checks and are always on time and will always explain what they are doing. They send me a text to confirm when they are coming and show up on time. I highly recommend Conditioned Air.
