Conditioned Air Solutions

Josh S. provided a great service for us today! We got the bad news that one of the two units in our new house is likely going to need replaced. But, he was honest and thorough. We have used Conditioned Air for maintenance for 6+ years and have always been very happy.

We've used Conditioned Air for a number of things over the past few years, including replacing all the old ducts in our house that were falling apart, replacing our HVAC system when it finally died, doing regular maintenance on the new HVAC, and most recently installing a few additional systems to help reduce allergens in our home. They are always very professional, easy to get in touch with, more than willing to thoroughly explain things and answer our many questions, and always on time or promptly in touch if they are running behind. We have used other local companies for some HVAC/ductwork in the past, but they just did not meet our needs/expectations/standards the way Conditioned Air does.

Could not be more impressed by this company. Have used them for years and have always recommended them to friends and family. Today our technician Brad P. walked me through several options for getting the best return out of my aging system. I really do feel like he has my best interests in mind and isn't like other companies we've used who just try to extract every dollar possible.

Josh Boshaw was very professional and helpful in fixing our HVAC issues today. Will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

Update: Josh B came out on an after-hours call to come fix our AC unit showing an error and not cooling. After showing me how to reset the unit to clear the error, he continued troubleshooting and called for help. Great teamwork to fix it right instead of calling it good enough and leaving. He followed-up a few days later during normal work hours to recheck the unit with the manufacturer's tool.

Joshua Boshaw just resolved an air conditioner issue. He literally had someone bring out a replacement fan motor so he could fix our problem in a timely manner. Very impressive!!

Mr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain HVAC service and he recommend areas that needed to be reevaluated.

3/20/2023- Called this morning because our unit was making an awful noise. The lady that answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Zach and Dalton called before their arrival and were so pleasant to work with and helpful in explaining what was going on. Dalton even pulled my trash can up from the road. They were very thorough and quick to find what the issue was and did a complete look over of the system and found a few other issues we were not aware of. They were able to get the part brought out to them to make the repair process quicker. They quoted everything out for us and took pictures. Super informative with every aspect of the repair from beginning to end. Will continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

This is a very good company and Zach our tech was excellent. He was very polite and checked everything he was supposed to. He also made sure I didn't have any questions that he could answer for me. They also kept me posted on what time they would be here.
