Just had my second visit from Conditioned air solutions, Josh Sylvester was punctual and professional. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and offered lots of information which I appreciate. He did a great job cleaning my unit and went above and beyond. Two visits from conditioned air now and I can confidently say they are a great company to use for HVAC service.

Called for a service and the Technician was very knowledgeable. His name was Josh and was very professional. He took pictures of the faults so I could review them and determine if I wanted him to fix it. We had to reschedule the times for unforeseen maintenance issues on his earlier calls. They always called me and gave me updates so I didn’t have to take off from work for no reason. I highly recommend Josh and signed up for the annual service as a result. Office followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs and service.

My nearly 30 year old AC unit struggled to keep up with the Alabama summer last year. Conditioned Air Solutions sent out their tech, Chase, and residential sales coordinator, Greg. Chase performed a thorough inspection and offered several options for potential repair. He was very transparent and didn't try to upsell me.
Greg had me show him around the house to aid in sizing the potential new unit. After his inspection, he offered me 3 different options with various pros and cons. During his explanation, he wasn't pushy and seemed to want what was best for me.
Jason and his crew performed the install. They showed up on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the project on time.
