I was present when Josh Sylvester serviced my friend’s ac , and he was very efficient and professional! Not only did he get the job done but he was very pleasant and informative in his care of the ac system! If I ever experience any difficulties with my AC unit, I will be ensured to call Conditioned Air solutions and request Josh Sylvester as my technician!

They keep my AC running perfectly all year-round... I have the yearly maintenance plan and with the two visits and maintenance a year, I never have to worry about anything. They proactively call me and set up appointments so I don't have to think about that, and Jessica is always happy and high-energy and eager to fix anything that needs fixed!

We've been customers of Conditioned Air Solutions for several years now and have been very happy with their service. We just came home from vacation and found our A/C was not working. We contacted them and Josh B. came out to find the problem. He was very thorough in checking through things and found that the batteries in the thermostat had leaked and corroded the control board. He put in another thermostat and the A/C started up, then he verified that it was working correctly before leaving. We were happy to find out that it was not a major problem.

The people that installed my HVAC and continue to monitor my system are more than just an incredible team, they are friends because they care about you…the customer.

I called many companies and after Ryan came out to repair our issue I instantly asked about getting them to take care of our yearly maintenence! Brad Pitz was the technician that serviced our unit….he was professional, knowledgeable…explaining issues and showing pics as he worked. We felt he was very honest and worked to save us money rather than scare us into spending a lot! Highly recommend!

Called the office after hours on a Saturday. Promptly dispatch called and set up for a Technician to come out.
Jessica arrived in a timely matter diagnosed and solved our issue on one unit and performed a little preventative maintenance on our other unit.

Called them after receiving horrible service from another company. They seemed eager to help. The technician Joshua Boshaw showed up and very courteous, very professional, very helpful, very informative, and most of all, very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he needed to do, what he did, and future preventative measures and unavoidable circumstances. I would 100% use them again for service and ask for Josh by name.
