Josh Sylvester...he was the HVAC Technician that responded to my request for service of their previously installed unit under warranty.
He quickly went to work to analysis the problem & offer the repair solution. Josh discussed every step he went thru and answered all my technical questions.
Josh was polite, courteous and experienced so after a couple of hours of work my HVAC unit was back in service and my house was returned to cool in this heatwave!!!

Called in the morning and had tech Brad Pitz come out the same day. He was extremely thorough and meticulous in inspecting our AC system and diagnosing any issues. He was very patient and professional, explaining all of his findings and giving honest advice on what repairs we needed. Then he spent hours in the hot and dark attic fixing everything we needed. Would highly recommend this company and we are very appreciative of Brad's work!

Our service tech, Ryan, is professional, knowledgeable, patient when explaining issues and options, and very professional. All of our correspondence with the office whether it's through phone, email or text has been wonderful. Updates on appointments are accurate and helpful. We've felt heard, helped and handled with care.

We came home after a trip to notice that our AC was not working. Josh came out first thing the following morning and got everything back up and running within an hour. The quality and responsiveness was great! We will definitely be using Conditioned Air going forward.

Josh B. came out to repair a minor problem on my AC. He quickly identified that the system was under warranty and the repair that was needed. While we waited for the part to arrive he took the time to verify that my other unit was functioning properly. He was professional and respectful and cleaned up after himself. 10/10, would use for AC service again.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Russ C. Was my first contact with the company. He came and checked out the AC and recommended a repair. He was very helpful and arrived on time.

We are happy with our generator installation. Justin is a top notch technician, he answered all our questions (technical, logistics, cost) with detail and without hesitation. The team was professional & timely throughout the whole installation process. I will use Air Conditioning Solutions for my electrical & generator needs. There are cheaper generator options out there, but those lacked detail & trust.

We needed weekend service and were very pleased with the service from Conditioned Air Solutions. Frankie and Sharon were very prompt and knowledgeable on the service details. Josh was a great technician. Professional and kind. We plan to trust them when it's time for a new unit!

Josh was great! They were able to squeeze me in on such a hot day I really appreciated it! He was professional and efficient. I really appreciated how he talked me through everything he was doing and explained the process as he went as well as all my options available to solve my AC issues.
