KS Services

Andrew Harry came out today and was on time, knowledgeable, very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. When I need service again I'll definitely call KS Services. I use KS for all my heating and air needs and have never had a poor technician or poor service. If I could request Andrew specifically I would.

I had Freedom Heating and Air come out for a "Free" cleaning and inspection - every thing on unit was working fine. Many potential problems pointed out in system. After service, next cold day (of course the coldest of the year to that point) the heater would not work. I had to purchase space heaters, turn on stove, use fireplace everything to keep from going to a hotel. I then called K and S who came and suggested that we replace the fan (it was pulling air into unit not out of unit). Son in law met tech and was informed that fan motor needed to be replaced. It was running only in reverse. (Cost - $800.00). Son in law suggested that it looked like the wires were reversed -tech said that was not issue. We paid $80.00 service fee plus the cost of space heaters, if you want to throw that in. So, after tech left, my son in law reversed the wires and it has worked fine. I would not recommend FREEDOM HEATING AND AIR (Tech reversed the wires during cleaning) nor K and S SERVICES ( improper diagnosis/knowledge/suggestion). Still looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

KS Service made the stressful task of a broken A/C unit so much easier. Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The serviceman Josh called to tell us he would be by in 30 mins, it was nice to have the heads up. Josh was extremely helpful, he told/showed us the problem and explained that replacement would be our best option. He explained that it would be a couple days because they had to order our type of unit. He gave us a reasonable quote. When installation day came Tyler, Daniel, and Dustin were professional and quick. They showed us how to use our new system. Will definitely use them in the future.

They did a great job - extremely professional and well priced. They were able to get to the root of an issue that had been causing an issue with my AC for years. I highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

The guys at KS Services were so kind, helpful and very skilled in the HVAC field!! I am so glad we went with KS! They really knew what they were doing and got the job done right the first time! Unheard of!!

They also sent me a special gift for doing business with them. Thanks for the cooler and cookies!!

I have had an excellent experience with this company! KS was recommended to me by a good friend when my air unit kept freezing up and I had an experience with another company that just didn't sit well with me and I needed a second opinion. They were fast and out just a few days after I called even coming out of a holiday and everyone from the person setting my service, the service call technician to the 2 technicians who installed my new unit just days after my service call, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service technician made sure in the days while I waited for the new unit he did everything he could to leave my house comfortable and as cool as possible. Everyone was super nice and very professional and made this dreaded purchase quick, easy and painless. The 2 men who came out to install the new unit were on time, super nice, respectful and very good at their job. From the first hello nice to meet you, to wiping their feet and even removing shoes if necessary to not track stuff into my home, to vaccuming up the areas they worked and walked in, to the have a nice day when the job was done is service and respect you dont often see today and greatly appreciated and goes a long way. This company has earned my trust, my loyalty and my thanks. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide any chance I get. Thank you KS Services!!!

K&S is a great company to do your HVAC. I have used them and replaced our units and they did a great job. Also has them clean out our ducts and did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

KS Services gave me a quote for a heating and air unit in August of 2017. When my unit finally failed on May 2017, I called to get an updated quote. They honored the quote from 9 months ago. The new unit was installed in a prompt and professional manner. They will have my business and referrals from here on.

All of the service men were polite, quick and thorough. Chris, Josh, Tyler and Jerimiah came and replaced our old unit with a Bryant.
They did a great job with duct cleaning, installation of the new unit, insulating the duct.
They took the time to make sure everything was working properly and that we understood everything about the unit. Definitely will recommend then to family and friends.
