My experience with kS Services was nothing but superior. They were able to come out very quick and diagnose are system. We had just bought the house and the ac unit was very old and outdated so we decided to get a new unit Zack Sims from KS was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to deciding on a new unit. Once we decided they were very quick in getting the unit installed. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience and how easy it was. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend KS Services.

Called KS for help with a heating problem. Phone call was helpful and professional. Tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. Gave me a quote and was very pushy about going forward with the repair. Had to tell him multiple times that I would get back with him. Fixed it myself for $1100 cheaper. Unreal. Great company but pricing is ridiculous. Wow that review went south fast. Unreal

the work was unbelievable, my install of a new unit was difficult to access to say the least. the crew spent 14 hours straight to complete the task and did so without complaint. they were not leaving until we were satisfied. we are customers for life and recommend to everyone.

Great service! I had a unit go out after only having it 5 or 6 years. One company came out and tried to convince me to buy a new unit for $8000 plus.....I had KS me a free secondary estimate. They provided me with a brand new and better unit of under $3000 installed. They took their time installing and testing to make sure everything was perfect. Not to mention that they were 1 hour early on install day which was great and John even called the next day to make sure that I was happy with everything.They even gave my friend a $100 credit for referring. Great company and they have my business for anything in the future.

On 4/8/22 a service tech came to replace a wax ring in master bathroom. He said I am going to replace the line that goes from the wall into the toilet and wax ring . Total bill including is $496.87.. I had no clue what plumbing parts cost. I’m a 62 year old woman who going forward will find the cost of plumbing parts before I need them . He was here about 15 minutes if that.. I paid and he left.. I get up Friday night into Saturday morning around 2:20 am .. water coming from underneath the toilet .. I put a paper towel under the sides of the toilet it
is not even sitting flush on the floor.. I put A Paper towel about and inch under the toilet. It was soaking wet. All around the bottom of the floor is wet. My friend who referred me and gave me their business card said they were 24/7 emergency company. I called the number and get the answering service. The man said it will be Monday April 11th 2022 before someone can come out. They have no plumbers on duty .. so I am expected to have a leaking toilet for three days.. I called my brother who lives in another state and he said that a wax ring and that no bust hose could be bought for around $20.00 bucks or less. I understand your in business to make a profit but to charge $317.87 for a wax ring, $97.00 for no burst hose and $79.00 travel fee totaling $496.87 for 15 minutes of work is a little expensive. Now add that I still have a water issue and can’t get resolved until Monday is poor business. You advertise 24/7 emergency service.. yet here I am your answering service was of zero help. I will get this resolved. But going forward I would NEVER recommend this company.

Brian and Dustin came out today and installed a new ac unit in our upstairs. They did a great job! Very personable and professional and would recommend this local company to anyone. Air is working great! I appreciate the work that they did and the quick responsiveness by the company to our problem! Thanks KS. You’ve got a customer for life.

5-stars hands down!! A co-worker told me about this company. So, I decided to use their services after calling around to a few other heating cooling businesses, and I am glad that I did! They were fast and reasonable in price. Mason at the office was friendly and professional. Being without a/c, he worked me into their schedule today. Jason, the technician who did my a/c repairs was on-time, friendly, professional and transparent. KS Services really exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

These guys were awesome! We went with a new system and it was the best decision we could have possibly made! We love it! I heard about them listening to Leland Live on Talk 99.5 and decided to give them a call for an estimate after having called a few other companies.KS services had the best product and price by far. Thank you Zack for being a normal human being and not a used car salesman! He was not pushy or telling us what we needed to do. Zack simply showed us the differences in the systems and the cost of each one right then and said just call me if you decide you want to go with us and let me know which system is best for you. He was very helpful in showing us the differences in each system as well .Thank you KS Services not only for a very quick service and great system but having employees that aren’t pushy used car salesmen!

We called KS services to get an estimate for a new HVAC and Mason was very nice and professional in scheduling the appointment. Zack came to give estimate and he too was very nice and professional. Discussed the different options and financing that KS Services offered and did not make us feel pressured in any way to make such a large investment in our home. We decided to make the purchase of a mini-split and scheduled the install. Tyler and Dustin were our installation technicians and these young men were professional and worked the entire time while on this job. They did an awesome job and worked like a true team. We did not have to worry about cleanup because they cleaned everything up everyday before they left. We would highly recommend KS Services and these young men.
