A very pleasant experience. They arrived in time, wore shoes coverings, and charged a reasonable fee.

Called company to get a quote and they were very responsive to getting one scheduled. The person they sent was very polite and knowledgeable. The quotes were average to the other quotes I had received. We ended up going with a different company, but the service I did receive was good.

I had a guy come and check my unit. I was told so much was wrong with it and it needed to be replaces. Actually he had disconnected wires, the compressor etc etc. Informed me I needed a new unit but actually never returned to finish fixing the unit. I called KS and they came out informed me of the wires being disconnected the compressor not be connected the wires to my thermostat was disconnected. After he put everything back together I now have a working unit the didn't need to be replaced as I was told. Thank you guys so much for being honest and full of integrity! I will recommend you to every one I know!

Zack and Blake came out to our home in the winter and it was freezing. Our system had gone out and we needed it replaced. They stayed at our home late into that same night to install the new system and to make sure we had heat again. That type of dedication and hard work is what puts KS Services above the rest. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I had them to install a new air conditioning unit in my home 3 years ago. I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. When my furnace stopped working I called them to install a new furnace. I haven't had any problems and I'm well pleased

We had the KS team out to clean our a/c ducts. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They did a fantastic job! Even took their shoes off when entering our house. They are my NEW a/c company forever!!!!

great service it all came together in a few days we picked the unit

Awesome company. Replaced our HVAC system in a timely manner.

From office personnel to technicians all were polite, professional and a credit to the company.

Finally I can’t say enough about their neatness, the left the house, yard and basement in a better condition than when they started.

Recently, Tyler and another young gentleman came to a home we just purchased in Double Springs to do a vent cleaning. They were on-time, very courteous and professional. The only problem I had with the experience is that they proved me right. The stuff that came out of those vents was disgusting. If it wasn't for Tyler and KS, we would be breathing in some horrible stuff. Thank you, KS, for this service. Right price and great, professional service. You've gained a regular customer.

Chris and Phil were absolutely awesome!!!! They were timely, efficient, and professional. I was so excited to have them there, as they were so friendly and worked expeditiously. I would recommend them to any and everyone. AND AND AND they cleaned up their work site! Awesome job you guys!
