KS SERVICES is a wonderful company. when ever we have a Air Conditioning problem they are always able to come see us that same day. Highly recommend them.

A friendly and very knowledgable crew showed up to my house to install a new heat pump. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Kudos to Jeremiah and his crew for a job well done. We will be using them for all of our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than KS Services to do our work! They're quick to respond and competitively priced. I trust them completely when it comes to service work. They're an amazing group to do business with!

I highly recommend KS! They came out to give me a tune up at 7pm and told me my compressor was bad in my A/C unit. I was quoted a great price on a new unit and they installed it the next morning! Very hassle free!

When the service technician called to alert me he was on the way he could not have been anymore professional and friendly. He arrived in the time he said he would. When I answered the doorbell he was smiling, introduced himself and gave me a firm handshake. We had a friendly conversation as I escorted him to the AC/HVAC unit in my basement. He immediately noticed the damp cement floor and inquired as to why the floor was damp. I told him what I thought the problem was. I left him with the unit and went back upstairs. Later, he came upstairs and informed me the floor dampness was from a bad condenser on the AC unit. He said he would get me the cost to replace the condenser. He came back later and said he had been able to repair the condenser but was uncertain as to how long the repair would hold. I was very impressed with his honesty. I do not think many people would have been so honest.

KS is very fortunate to have an employee who is so professional, friendly and most importantly has integrity! Thank you KS for hiring and training such a valued person. I can assure you I will refer KS to my friends and colleagues. Of course, I contact KS when my condenser malfunctions.

Came out and provided a detailed quote. Answered all my questions and was very detailed about my options.

They even came in the next day and installed a brand new system in one day even though it was a 2 day job.

Everyone was extreme professional, explained everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond during the whole process.

Dylan Hicks called before he arrived, and was actually early. He worked methodically, not rushed, and explained each step he was taking and why. Dylan offered helpful suggestions and crawled under my house to check the duct work. Of course he explained other packages and their benefits but wasn't pushy.

I learned about KS services from 99.5 and I was not disappointed.

Last time involved the installation of a new heat pump system. Ours went down on a Mother’s Day Sunday. Came home that evening to 85 Degree home! They had a man at our home Sunday evening to evaluate and Dustin and Tyler had us up and running by 7pm the next day. Would highly recommend them.

Our upstairs AC unit stopped working properly and they got it back to working quickly and identified another issue with our other unit that saved us from more problems down the road.
